My wife and I booked our weekend stay while celebrating our 45 th. Wedding anniversary at IHG InterContinental Miami. We were extremely impressed with check-in, room accommodation decor and cleanliness. Room service was excellent as was our dining experiences within the hotel. All hotel staff were accommodating, polite, friendly and respectful. A special thanks to Spa receptionist, Caroline who provided exceptional welcome and friendly service. We look forward to visiting again InterContinental Miami and would highly recommend accommodations to our friends and family.

The rooms, lobby, gym and spa were excellent, breakfast was ok, but it would be better if two people were together making the eggs, it took me 10 min to get omelettes, I have to say that the fruits were always good, different varieties and fresh and the coffee tasted great. I didn’t like the pool. The pool is too cold and too many kids in the pool. The pool area is big enough to make an extra pool just for adults, it will ideally. The hotel is within walking distance of the shopping mall bayside marketplace, CVS, Marshall and other shops. The staff members treated us very professionally.

There are a lot of mites on the bed, three of our family members got serious mite bites for 4 nights until they changed us into another room, which is better but still one or two mite bites per night.

The staff was the friendliest ever. I went there with kids and they let me check in at 10am complimentary. Excellent location for doing and shopping. Bayside market in walking distance.

Check out could be easier, like email the charges and if you agree make.it so you don't have to stop by the front desk, wait 10 min in line with a toddler and luggage, just to tell me thank you

Great location, excellent view of the water, nice pool. The hotel itself was well kept and clean. My kids loved it.
