Courtyard by Marriott Miami Downtown

Hello, The pool wasn’t working at all. It was the main reason I booked the hotel. We were told to use a pool across the street in a different hotel and it’s very inconvenient with a small child. Although the pool stoped working a day before, we were not told at all and were notified at the check in. If we knew there is no pool we would cancel the reservation. I would really appreciate if we get reimbursement for the disappointment. Please get back to me when have a chance.

Great family friendly hotel! Location was super convenient from the airport! The Bistro was a vibe...great food & drinks!! Delicious restaurant choices in walking distance!!

Quick check in and great location to walk to shop and eat! Beds were comfortable. Room was clean and enough space for a family of 4.

We were told prior to our stay, twice over the phone, that there were so many cribs it did not even need to be noted in our reservation and we just let them know when we arrive at the front desk. After checking in we received a crib (pack and play) with two huge holes at the bottom around the mattress. When asking for a different crib we were told that there were no other ones available. The staff recommended just covering up the bottom with sheets and blankets, which as most parents know is against US safe sleep standards for babies. Very disappointed that we were not only told there were plenty of cribs, but when it came time to need a different one they couldn’t provide that for us. Other than the holes, it was also dirty, and had a smell which did not come out after multiple sanitizer wipes. Plus the pool was closed so couldn’t even use that. Won’t be staying at this location again.

Great location and friendly staff. My family and I had an excellent stay and looking to stay again in the future!

The room was big but not too clean, I ask all days for 4 towels because we were 4 and they just put me 3, maybe is a hotel for adults or for business not for being with kids

It was close to the waterfront where we were visiting family that live there. I was within walking distance. The Starbucks in-house was convenient. Paying cash was not an option at the Starbucks though. This was not convenient.
