Four Points by Sheraton Jacksonville Beachfront

My stay was amazing, view, sights and quite ess was great. This is a beautiful place, access to beach was steps away. Our suite was big and accommodating to our size 5 family plus guest who came by to visit. Loved the outdoor terrace with fire pit. Room was so comfortable. My only complaints are that new management charges 18 dollars a night to park, I feel this is greed at its best. Rooms are already 200 to 300 plus I just feel guests parking should be included, at least 1 car and instead of continental breakfast there was a 20 dollar per person breakfast buffet. There are several fast food and restaurants around so that was an easy fix. I just feel like that also could have been included. Hotel was worth the rate just don't feel the high price of parking your car was an expense that management should tack on the consumer.

Our stay was fantastic. This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel. The first was for business and this last stay was with my family. The location is unbeatable as it is right on the beach and the views from the ovine view suites are gorgeous. There are 2 things that I haven’t been happy with both times I’ve stayed and that is that the hotel could use some updates and some of the front desk staff are not very friendly. Other than that, I would stay here again!

Very convenient, friendly staff, clean and i feel very safe here. Would highly recommend for a relaxing time at the beach. My family and i love this place!!

Upon check in we experienced a nightmare. With the help of the manager she was able to fix everything and it turned out to be a wonderful family vacation for my family of 5.

The nicest staff I have ever encountered. They welcomed me and my dog like family, and continued to make us feel that way our entire stay. Perfect beach access, and a super clean property. Looking forward to our next visit there.

The property was dated but very clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. We were there for a family emergency so we did not spend much time there. The location I imagine would be ideal for tourists.

Not our 1st stay here and won't be our last. We like this hotel and book it whenever we are driving through the state,dropping our son off at college or for a family vacation. I have no complaints, front staff is always friendly, hotel is clean, and quiet.

I absolutely love staying at Four Points! The staff is amazing & it’s clean. The restaurant on site has delicious food! I always stay at Four Points when we go on a family trip to the beach. If I could rate it 10 stars I would!

Over-all the stay was great until someone stole the atm right out of the hotel. The walked it right out the door! I felt unsafe after seeing how easy it was knowing me a my family was on the same building!

Our stay was very family unfriendly. Bad location for kids. Rap show going on next door with blaring music & lots of profanity. Pool area is run down, unsanitary (small pieces of trash all along perimeter of pool).
