Best Western Oceanfront

My family and I had a wonderful time while staying here. We did walk to dinner and to the pier to take in the nice views from the pier and to see what all the fishermen were catching. Our room was excellent in all ways. Nice and cool and very clean. I know rooms are currently being remodeled and our room was perfect. This hotel is conveniently situated next to the beach and is close proximity to several places. The only complaint or concern is that the air conditioner in room is a bit too loud. I usually sleep with earplugs and I could hear air conditioner all night running. When the actual compressor would kick off because room had reached set temperature the fan would continue to run loudly. This woke me up several times and my wife had a lot of trouble trying to sleep. Other than that it was clean up to date and had a great breakfast before check out. Thank you to the girl at front desk at time of check in for all the help and ease of checking in and to all staff who make the place presentable. We will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. We are so pleased with the cleanliness and friendliness of the place! For a beachfront hotel it is very reasonable especially when you figure in the great breakfast! Parking is the only thing I have any issues with. The lot is small and the larger spaces get taken quickly, so it difficult to find a place for our families' Expedition. Otherwise, no complaints!!

I took this trip alone with kids so I was kind of scared. The ease of check in was great! I felt safe in the area. It was very convenient to the beach! The room was for the most part really clean. The breakfast bar was really nice. I would recommend this hotel!

This was an amazing stay with the family with a great view. Breakfast and staff were so nice and knowledgeable of area. Wish wasn’t so load at night due to another guest and there car.

The staff was INCREDIBLE. Between just being super friendly and enjoyable, there were multiple times I caught myself struggling with toddlers. The staff popped right in with fun beach buckets, snacks, and letting them press buttons. Absolutely loved it here.

Cute beachy vibe. Made us feel like family. Stayed here a couple of nights and enjoyed this more than the Double Tree in Downtown Jax!
