Element Jacksonville Beach

This was one of the nicest hotels our family has stayed in. The room was big and clean with a full kitchenette. Great beach just a couple blocks away. Great breakfast included. All around impressive. We can’t wait to come back!

The hotel amenities were perfect. We had a group of 8 pre-teens and teenagers and they enjoyed every second of our stay. The gym, pool, and relax hour complimented this beachside stay perfectly. We all will remember this family trip for years to come.

I have stayed at a lot of hotels but I must say Element Jacksonville is a fantastic hotel especially for the price! My family will definitely make this our go-to hotel in Jackonsville Beach. The location can't be beat, parking super easy, rooms were impeccably clean and the staff was FANTASTIC. Kudos on running a great hotel. The hot breakfast was great as well!

I was there for a family event and we were all so delighted with the hotel. Very nicely appointed rooms, immaculately clean and lovely decor. Wonderful stay.

Loved the accessibility to the beach without actually being in the beach. Extremely convenient, especially with small children.

When I arrived at the property I was very excited about my stay. The property was gorgeous and the check in staff were amazing. Fact forward to a long day at the zoo and beach... When it was time to shower the shower did not work and night staff was rude and unprofessional. He basically told me there was nothing he could do about it and he could not refund me. He said there where no more rooms and argued with me as though I had not paid almost $300 a night to stay. After asking for a report that he would not provide the night auditor arrived for her shift and happen to over hear the commotion. She offer to take a look at the situation and found a room me and 4 children could shower in even though it was not big enough for us to sleep in. Mariah was very helpful and if it was not for her we would have had to stay in a room and not shower until we went home the next day or drive the 4 hour drive back home at 10pm.

The hotel is brand new and super clean. Everything smelled fresh. Bedding was very comfortable and the kitchenette was very well stocked. It was the perfect situation for our first trip as a family of 3. Parking was convenient and breakfast/happy hour were wonderful. Road noise was a little rough but we brought a sound machine for baby so it wasn’t bad. Our 2 month old slept 12 hours straight so you know it was a relaxing environment! We will be back!
