It was very nice ! We put in to let them know we had an emotional support animal . We let them know that she has anxiety so when we leave she will cry for about 5-10 minutes but then will stop. They called up 5 mins after leaving on the way to my family for dinner for them to say we had to turn around and grab her before they have to make us go home . I told the front desk they said it would be fine just for them to make us turn around and have no other choice but take her ! Very upset about that . But other than that it was a very nice place and I will do it again just would have to find a way about the dog situation.

Very nice staff, clean, well lit at night. The bed is very comfy. I slept like a baby. Might be because of the bathtub. Oversized deep Jacuzzi style tube was just what I needed. Thank you

2 issues 1. Pool isn’t nearly as big as your pictures make it out to be. Husband had to scoop leaves and debris out before allowing the grandkids to swim. 2. Were supposed to get two queen double adjoining rooms. Got one queen double and one king with a couch. Couch bed had bars that hurt backs. Good thing one of our party couldn’t come.

When we first walked into the lobby, there was a smokey smell. The elevator was dirty, our room smelled musty, moldy and Smokey. There was hair in our bath tub. All around just a dirty place. Our queen size beds were so very uncomfortable!! My whole family did not sleep well at all. I was so surprised that this hotel had such glowing reviews. Will never stay here again.

We had a wonderful long weekend away with our family at the Hampton Inn & Suites! The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had with the property was the pool was very cloudy and we did not feel comfortable letting our little swim in it. The area surrounding the hotel is great and we felt so safe! There’s a beautiful park down the road from the hotel that made it a place we will definitely stay again!

The property was out dated, not very clean inside and out. WiFi didn't work for the first day and a half and with kids that is everything. The breakfast was decent.
