Perfect location to walk to restaurants, visit family, attend ballgame. Easy walk to museums, Capitol building, etc. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spotless - we have stayed several times and will definitely return! Only downside is the destination fee hotels charge now.

We booked with two adults and two small children. We got two queens and NO space to move around the room. No table or chairs and hardly any space to walk into the room even. Was super disappointed in this Thompson vs the one we stayed in San Antonio. Parking was $60/night with no other options to park. Only one valet, even during busy times. Overall, the hotel would be nice for maybe one person to stay in the room but that’s it. It was clean and looks very nice. Def won’t be staying at this location again though. :/

Very convenient to the metro and the ballpark, shopping, dining. Very clean and friendly. Business feel, wouldn’t recommend if you have children. Parking is outrageously priced. The rooms need mirrors on the walls to allow for more than one person to get ready at a time.

Beautiful hotel with elegant furnishing. Staff was polite but not helpful. Often would tell us to solve our own issue online, as if we hadn’t spent a fortune already to stay there and get service. Rooftop is really nice. The room, junior suite, was beautiful and had a great view. Not as big as we expected. Bathroom was too dark.
