AC Hotel by Marriott Washington DC Capitol Hill Navy Yard

The hotel was just okay. Check in was seamless. The room was clean and comfortable. I would not pay for breakfast. Not worth it. You could get a far better breakfast within a 5 min walk in any direction for cheaper or the same price. Did not have enough towels but that was easily rectified. Tried eating at the rooftop lounge they were booked up and could not accommodate hotel guest that particular night. It also did not seem like a family atmosphere at night. Overall okay. Would not return. We stay a Marriot hotels quite often this one was pretty much a miss. Also parking states $57 but then there is a $10 parking tax. Just FYI.

Very nice facility and an exceptionally friendly staff, especially in the restaurant on the 11th floor. This is a perfect location for us when we visit family in the Navy Yard neighborhood. A pleasant walk to the mall and Capitol. Very quiet, amazingly so for a in-city hotel.

We thought we booked the AC Marriott closer to the White House where the rest of our family was staying. Our error, but the facility was very nice.

AC Marriott has become our "home away from home" when visiting our new grandchild - Convenient, comfortable and the staff are so friendly. Terrific location for walking to the Capitol or enjoying all that Navy Yard has to offer. K. Wright Columbus, Ohio
