I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. This marks the second time I have chosen to stay at your establishment, and I must say I am extremely disappointed by the lack of cleaning and towel changing services provided during my visit. Upon checking in, I was surprised to learn that the hotel does not offer daily cleaning or towel changing services. This information was not communicated to me by any staff member, and it was only upon returning to my room after a day of activities that I realized this omission. Considering the significant nightly rate of $253, I find it unacceptable that basic amenities such as cleaning services are not provided. As a loyal member of the Hilton family, I have come to expect a certain level of quality and service, which was clearly lacking during this stay. Furthermore, I believe that the hotel's purported commitment to sustainability and cost-cutting measures is being taken advantage of at the expense of customer satisfaction. Sanitization, especially in urban areas, is paramount for the health and safety of guests, and cutting corners in this regard is both irresponsible and disappointing. I sincerely hope that this issue can be addressed promptly and that measures will be taken to ensure that future guests are properly informed about the services (or lack thereof) provided during their stay. As a valued customer, I expect more from a reputable brand like Hilton. Thank you for your attention to this mat

My stay with my kids was excellent. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated Andrew. He was so kind and helpful towards me and my two young children! We will be visiting again soon !

Great for families and location to Audi Field. Lobby and lounge area were quickly crowded, but it was clean and breakfast was hot. Would stay again for sure.

Convenient place for meeting up with family and friends for a game at the ballpark. Comfortable and clean. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

The staff were very accommodating, when I explained I needed to check in early, because we were without water in my house. From check in to the staff at breakfast, everyone was professional and welcoming. I also checked in with out two little fur babies.

The staff was SOOO unfriendly to the point we felt uncomfortable. Never looked up from what he was doing and look us in the eye when we checked in. Offered us extra room keys for our kids then was annoyed when we accepted. And the e hotel was WAY overpriced. It was our 2nd stay there but there won’t be a third next time we’re in the visit family.

Awful! Disgusting stains on pull out couch sheets across the entire sheet. King bed had hair on it that didn’t not belong to my family. The noise level outside was the the worst noise I have ever encountered in any hotel room- street partying going on until 4 AM with screaming and fighting. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had with a “big brand” chain. I would not recommend.
