Epic Hotel

We were there for a family reunion, stood two days there at the hotel very convenient. But I must say for a hotel they did not have a coffee maker or a microwave and they could get better pillows. Mattress was comfortable, which is very important to me. The one thing that I really appreciated is, the gentleman at the front desk was very organized & helpful. I called in the morning to See if they had coffee In the lobby, which they did, he made a fresh pot. Oh it was clean the price was good.

Stayed here with my wife & 14 month baby. The clerk was very friendly & I can tell he was attentive & was doing rounds at night to make sure everything is safe. Ended up booking another stay here because of the convenience & no deposit. Looking forward to my upcoming trip.

Excellent customer service. The rooms are very well maintained and spacious. I recommend the 3 queen’s room if you have children. 2 miles away from Rose Hills Cemetery and Mortuary.

The staff are always very nice and friendly. It’s very clean and kid friendly.

check in/out was easy. room was cleaned even with just a 2 day stay (i didn't expect that). some customers on the other hand are in need of etiquette training and need some consideration, allowing their kids to run around stomping at early hours. non disabled customer parking in the middle (diagonal blue stripe area) of 2 disabled parking spot thus making both disabled parking spot unusable - Black Jaguar California plate 8TEJ738.

Nice stay for 2 days with family. Close to restaurants, shopping, parks and movies. Great staff!

The staff and management are always on top of things. It's conveniently located close to my job and my wife's family.

10 night there. No outlets for charging in my room but was in other relatives rooms. Had a flashing light they took out lightbulb but never fixed. Room not cleaned for three days. 1st day okay. 2nd day had to go get towels and manager reassured they would clean the next day but did not. Hard bed and high off the ground. Okay for a couple days but not 10 days. Pillows thin. Then consistently cleaned. I would not go back if on vacation. This was a serious family situation. Day shift person was good. Evening person was ok.

We are a family if 4. Together with my pregnant wife and two kids. Jay is the one who makes this place great. He is very accommodating and attentive. He let us have a very comfortable stay by being friendly and very welcoming. I hope the owner will treasure him because he is very good at his job. Thank JAY
