Love the hotel and it’s right across the street from the mall. Absolutely wonderful for families as well. Various restaurants and close to everything. Will definitely stay there again.

Although we reserved the room through Expedia it was brought to my attention that Expedia was used to reserve the room as if there was a problem using Expedia instead of going to the Hotels Website to reserve the room. The parking sucked!!! I'm happy that the hotels are hosting many events but, the guest that have a room at the Hotel should take priority when it comes to parking. After going out to eat with my family I had to park at the Mall Parking Lot instead of the Hotel parking.

The Hotel is nice but the Hotel has no water bottles in there vending machines and the front desk just said they were out…terrible for a family with kids staying there. Water is a must in any hotel

Great experience. very clean. Although for my family and I we took over about 17 rooms for a wedding and bar closed too early for us. The store inside the store never seemed to be open. And there is no snacks, food, drinks in the pool area.

Hilton is actually our go to hotel every year when we go visit family. This year, the mattresses felt hard. The door from our bathroom was very uneven we could literally see when someone is on the toilet. The carpets from the building need a real cleaning. And Pool always has bugs in it. Also when we checked in we were given a room that had not been cleaned up by housekeeping beds were not made and last persons trash was everywhere. We were given another room.
