our refrigerator stopped working one night and we lost $50.00 in spoiled foods. young children were running, jumping into the spa, parent was 30 ft away and oblivious. everything else was really good.

This was great for our purposes - a place to stay before watching the superbowl with family in Sacramento. It was clean; staff was very friendly; room was large. For some reason the halls were overheated; I worried about the expense for the hotel. The restaurant was good and they were very dog-friendly.

My family and I had a overall good experience at this resort, I was told they were short staffed and when we went to the pool on Saturday it was packed out!! Every chair and table was taken granted it was 100 degrees but there was alot of people there with wristbands, I found out that locals can Utilize the resort with a fee with out staying at the hotel, that’s fine but you are paying full price for the resort and can’t use amenities because they don’t manage how many people are coming in from the locals.

Rude staff in the restaurant and very limited food items. Food was not good and overpriced. Some amenities were missing and overall not a child friendly resort.

Was very surprised that we were able to get a last minute stay, was even more surprised at the beautiful hotel decor, pool area and kids play area. The service was excellent, so was the food room was pleasing and the bed very comfortable. Looking forward to visiting again.
