We had a nice stay here while in town for a family event. The property is clean, the front desk clerk was friendly. I liked the coffee station in the lobby and the ice cold orange water urn.

We found Larkspur a well-run hotel. Staff was efficient and cordial, everything in the spacious suite functioned and it was located close to our family. We also enjoyed the artwork displayed in the room and the hallway. Very close to any clothing store you could want.

Need new mattresses. Everything else was satisfactory. I have family in the Sacramento area so I will be returning and I will probably stay at Larkspur. Thank you.

Larkspur Landing is conveniently located in Folsom for us to visit family. There are numerous restaurants and shopping nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable with kitchens. The staff is very friendly.

Our family stayed here for one week due to severe weather at home. The hotel staff were friendly and very quick to meet our needs. My little one LOVED going to the breakfast room and choosing for herself what she wanted to eat. There was a large selection of items to choose from which helped add variety over the week. Having a laundry room with no charge for use of washers and driers was extremely helpful. We also appreciated having a full-size refrigerator and full kitchen available to us. The hotel manager was also very responsive and tried hard to work with us on a special request. We would absolutely choose Larkspur Landing Folsom again in the future.

No complaints, it was comfortable and quite for a relaxing date night away from kids. Just recommend to bring your own pillow. The provided pillows are filled with feathers which make them very airy and awkward to sleep on for the neck if you have neck issues. We learned that 3 stays ago and its an easy fix to enjoy a nice place.

I needed the ability to cook and sit in a proper living room area while watching TV with my family. This space was perfect for my needs and i will definitely be going back. There are definitely signs of wear, tear and the surfaces were not clean to my standards. But the staff was perfect and i still had a great time!

Literally the second we switched on the tv in our room we were shown explicit hardcore porn. No menu or selecting anything, it was just there. We turned off the tv. I’m so glad our kids weren’t with us. They typically are the first ones to grab the tv remote. I did mention it to the front desk the next morning. He said he would have maintenance look at tv before the next guest checked in. Also he made the comment that knowing their maintenance department they would probably sit there and watch it for a while. Wow. We won’t be back.

Liked the kitchenette, however some of the utensils are in need of being replaced. Main bed was great but the couch bed left a lot to be desired. Ended up getting an air mattress for the kids to sleep on. Breakfast was very good with adequate protein options.
