While the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff pleasant, we were disappointed to find that the breakfast we paid extra for during booking was not honored during our stay. Fortunately they let us have a bowl of fruit for our toddler “free of charge” (though we paid $10 to have breakfast included) when pressed about the issue. The hot tub was also down while we were there and we weren’t advised of this during check in or when we made our way to the pool area in the evening (we passed the front desk and staff told us to enjoy our swim so it felt like a missed opportunity to inform us). Overall we would probably choose to stay at another local hotel again since we didn’t feel this was up to typical Hilton standards but it’s a fine choice if you’re just looking for a clean and comfortable place to sleep.

My family had a good stay in Folsom. This hotel has a great location. Very comfy bed, roomy desk to work, very clean. Easy access to restaurants, movie theater, a spa and stores. The best part was a group of very attentive staff who treated us very well.

We were given an ADA(disabled persons room) that had great accommodations for someone who needed all the those extras. However the towels were all placed on top of the toilet bowl which is very disgusting and there weren't any areas to hang your shower towel outside the shower. The toilet was running constantly. The fire alarm went off(false alarm) late at night and woke up both my kids(3yr old and 10 mo old). That really was awful! Then at 6:30am the house alarm clock went off waking them up again. It was one thing after another.
