We stay here often when we're visiting family and find this to be a clean, comfortable, convenient option for us. Staff is friendly and helpful.

In town for a wedding and to visit with friends & family. Hotel worked well for our needs. Only glitch was on Saturday morning around 10:30 AM when I needed to shower and wash my hair. The water was barely lukewarm and I called the front desk afterwards - certain that I wouldn’t be the only call they’d received about this. Turns out that i was the only person calling to complain about ‘no hot water’. Front desk was responsive and sent up a maintenance guy who confirmed we had no hot water and as we talked i asked him “so the bus load of soccer players used up the hot water?”He looked at me and said “yeah - we have 3 water heaters for the property”. Other than that snafu, all was good. I have now learned that if I’m at a hotel with a large tour bus in the parking lot, i better take my shower early in the morning!

Front desk staff was helpful, welcoming and friendly. Included breakfast was absolutely lovely. The woman maintaining the buffet was available and ready to help without hovering. We visit family in the area at least twice a year and will stay here again.

We stayed here when our power went out in the storms. The staff could not have been nicer. The hotel is clean and modern, the room had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. Didn’t use the pool or fitness center but went in to check them out- both very clean and new. breakfast was also very good. We’d definitely send family and friends here if they needed a hotel in the area.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Room was quiet even on 1st floor. We had our family of four in one room for two nights and we were very comfortable. The breakfast was standard hotel fair with cereal, eggs, and waffles, and fruit salad, and breakfast meats, but the breakfast hosts were exceptionally friendly and on it we all noticed and appreciated. Breakfast area was a nice area to enjoy breakfast with the family. OJ was excellent. Wish breakfast was more eco friendly. Also the carpet in our room and hall needs to be updated replaced - it was dark and tired, and looked like could be dirty even if not. Fitness room was clean and with big windows Nice treadmill, recombinant stationery bike, and weights. Would stay here again without question.

Our experience was one of the best as a family ever had in a hotel. The Staff was the nicest and most courteous people I've ever met. Every morning we were greeted with a Good Morning! I would definitely stay here again, this will be my go to Hotel when I visit Folsom.
