check in was good, we pre paid. room was adequate. Shower head was awful. shower curtain did not close all the way at either end. Spa was luke warm at best, which was a disappointment. breakfast was adequate.. price was good, along with free breakfast are the reasons i stayed there. would i stay there with my grandkids.. nope

There was as a bag of needles on the side of the hotel. We were not able to check in for 40 min after check in. That evening we came back to find the hotel hallway smelled like something was burning. Then the next morning we went to have breakfast at 9am (it is served till 930) and the lady refused to let my son make a waffle as she didn’t want to clean it. But another kid was eating one when we walked in.

We stay at this property For one night. The room was decently clean and OK sides however there was a large gap between the door and the door Frame. Does causing my children to feel somewhat unsafe during the night. The front desk staff were polite and friendly. However, the breakfast staff were rude and extremely grumpy. It appeared that he did not want to be at work and resented the people who were eating.

I was mislead and coming international to stay. Pictures and description of so called family suite were inaccurate and not as expected. Had to ask for another room, as 1st reservation was dirty and stunk of smoke. Place is to be fully renovated in 2 months time, big metal disposal bins were lined up outside front of hotel. Suite was old, and in very poor conditions and dirty. I had to reclean everything. The common spaces, elevator and hallways we also unkept regularily in my 8 night stay. The rooms had been smoked in prior and place was old and unkept. Fast food was next door, and located near highway 50. The outdoor pool and hot tub were never cleaned, bugs and debris in them daily. Only convenient if you rent a vehicle like I did.

Overall it was a great stay. I was just saddened by the room rate increase, the fact that Saturday was booked up, and the bathtub could have been a little cleaner. O saw three strands of hair that weren't my family's grade.

Check in was simple and the attendants were all wonderful! The breakfast buffet was good and the server ladies were so nice. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and the grounds were well kept. The room was quiet on the 3rd floor and clean enough. The King bed we had was very comfy with plenty of linens. Even the pull out couch was alright. Only Negatives were that there is a significant gap in the door when shut that let in light and sounds from hall and gave a slight sense of insecurity for the family. The screen on the window (that thankfully didnt open) is detached and seems a liability. Some lights flickered while on, but not too much. Lots of cosmetic damage on furniture in forms of stains, cracks, scratches, and holes but everything was functional and clean. We OVERALL loved our stay and were comfortable and would recommend to friends and stay again. Thank you to the staff!👍

I will never book this again. The smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag, as soon as we walked in the room and with great surprise it had a weed smell. My partner and i dont mind it but we had our kids with us. No other room that matched ours so we couldnt move. The pull out couch mattress was disgusting/stained and the cusion zipper was broken so the foam was exposed. It was after 10pm and we were tired from a 3 hr drive so we just called it a night. Front desk didnt seem to care.

We stayed four nights while visiting family. Room was good, beds very good, breakfasts individually cooked (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage offered; really unusual). During that time I had very bad ankle sprain. Hotel provided a wheel chair! All the staff very friendly and helpful. This is a permanent place for me when I visit again.

It’s an average place to stay in. We stayed for just 4 days with family and it was ok. The breakfast was good enough. The property looked pretty old and the bathrooms had broken fittings. Needs improvements. It’s ok for a short stay not that the price was too low. Thank you.
