I stay at this facility for the convenience to my family. Even though there are kids over weekend for events they are attending, it is quiet. Staff is professional and rooms are clean. The only thing noted this stay was my refurbished room, the drapes were torn and tub was worn, with rust and cracked tile. Hopefully next stay these will be replaced.

Check in was terrible. Started out the room I reserved wasn’t available. Don’t understand when I reserved and paid in advance. Why the hotel wouldn’t hold the room. Then the lady tried to make a joke out of the situation, which made it worse. This experience was so bad. I am not staying at this property again. This was my go to property when visiting family in Simi Valley. Several times each year.

We came with our grandkids to see Reagan library. The kids thought the elevators shook to much, my wife thought the restaurant was over priced. I thought everything was just fine and would definitely come back.
