Lots of kids running around; room smelled of disinfectant; bedding old; no daily maid service; no vending machines; $10 parking in the suburbs seems excessive; tired furniture; small TV; Slow internet

My family and I stayed here for one night. Property clean and safe. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and not cramped. Shower flow was plentiful. Beds were a bit hard for us as we sleep better in softer beds. Freeway was nearby and constant white noise. Pool small but warm. Hot tub available.

Tissue not restocked and sink blocked but staff remedied it quickly. Nice staff. Visiting family in the area so it was convenient.

My family and I stayed here to rest a night after a full day in Solvang and Santa Barbara during Labor Day weekend. I LOVE that checkout time is NOON! My kids rested peacefully during our night, enjoyed a great hot breakfast in their pj's, and played in the pool before showering and heading back to L.A. Front staff was friendly and helpful when I needed more towels for my girls and I with very long hair. I JUST WISH the snack store had alcohol! They were out of stock and the Walmart next door was closed. I just needed a nice drink when the kids were asleep LOL

Devin was wonderful! My family checked in late in the evening. We were tired and ready to go to bed. When there was a problem with our room, Devin was kind, very helpful, professional, and efficient. He helped us switch rooms and we got a great nights sleep. The morning staff was also very kind and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area!
