Hampton Inn & Suites Agoura Hills

Beautiful place, great amenities. Great breakfast for the kiddos. Only down side was errant hairs on the bathroom floor. We keep coming back

Great hotel to stay in. Clean rooms, decent shower pressure, wonderful outdoor pool and hot tub. We specifically chose this location because it was just north of Malibu (where we enjoyed the beaches) and west of Hollywood (where we enjoyed sightseeing). Safety is also of utmost concern to me and my family and Agoura Hills is a safe town to be in. Yes, there is a bit fo a drive to Malibu (30min) and to HOllywood (1hr), but you don't have to pay an arm and a leg when it comes to pricing in Malibu or Santa Monica.

Hotel staff were polite and friendly.Complimentary breakfast was good my kids enjoyed it😊

This hotel is very clean & comfortable. It was centrally located for the event we were in town for. The manager, David was very accommodating with a situation we had. I had booked 2 rooms, one for my sister & I snd one for my elderly father. We were in town for a family event. My father’s flight from Bend, Oregon had been cancelled the day before, due to weather, so he wouldn’t be able to make it. David allowed us to cancel his room even though we were beyond the cancellation point. Thank you, David, for being so accommodating & yes, I will stay here next time I am in town.

Our check in was close to midnight after a long drive and the staff was excellent. Unfortunately, our room on the newly-renovated 3rd floor had a door that wouldn’t latch. Trudged down to ask for different room. Walked down hall to room towards end of same floor and it was super cold in hallway. Got in room and it felt like a meat locker. Determined that heater was blowing out cold air (felt like from outside) through half of vent. By that time my kids were too tired to care and immediately fell asleep fully clothed. I could not sleep, as the mattress was ice cold by that point. Trudged down in my robe around 2AM and front desk gave me an extra comforter and radiant plug-in heater, which helped tremendously. Finally got 3 hours of sleep before having to get up to drive again. Horribly disappointed in this Hilton-affiliated property. Good luck retaining your staff! Will never stay here again.

Sad to say the property had a dated feel to it. Now the beds were great. The staff was like family and that made the experience worthwhile. My room didnt have a clean vibe although it was spotless. The furniture was dented, wall covering scraped. Bed coverings old. Everything was just 15 yrs too late.

Easy access to the freeway, several dining options within a few miles and friendly staff. My family and I had a late afternoon flight to Europe and they had no problem accommodating our request for a late checkout of 1pm.

We were only there for one night, while visiting family in the area. However, my husband and I have discussed specifically looking for other Hampton Inns in our future travels. My husband was so pleased with the quality of the free breakfast, which is one of the things I look for. He likes breakfast and I don't, so getting a place where he can go while I slowly wake up with my morning coffee is important. According to him, it was special. And finally, this was 3 days from the end of a 2 week trip. We found they had a guest laundry for us to use; and we used it at 10pm at night. Good for us.
