Classy and stylish boutique hotel. Beautiful garden and updated rooms. The restaurant attached to the hotel was amazing! Beautiful decor and delicious food. Our kids enjoyed the pool and ping-pong. Breakfast was adequate and seating area was comfortable with outdoor patio option. Would love to return to this hotel!

Check in and out was super easy, grounds are clean and kept up, pool was lovely and our kids had a great time. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the cons were the breakfast- very basic and boring, would recommend serving yogurts, waffles, fresh fruit and better coffee. Also the pillows were uncomfortable, seemed like rags stuffed into a pillow case. Other than that the place was nice, especially the architecture and decor, would stay again.

Ran out of pool towels multiple times. Also only 3 small towels provided for a room booked with 1 adult, 3 kids. Beds were okay. Hotel was quiet. I recommend the garden view rooms. Beautiful landscaping. Breakfast lacked options. Only cereal option was plain cheerios for breakfast. The rest of the breakfast options were comparable to a low end motel. I was surprised that the complimentary breakfast wasn’t better for a nearly $300 per night hotel stay.

The hotel and property was clean and great. Clean and comfy rooms. You can hear a lot of noise through the walls. Especially crying kids but that was a parenting problem not the hotel.

Amazing garden. Particularly loved that my kids could be outside without directly being on a parking lot or road. Loved that they had actual sourdough bread and freshly made oatmeal. Place looks great, staff is super friendly and feels a bit like a family.

The floors were so dirty in my room. It was really gross. I had to wear socks so my feet wouldn’t be black. I had to knock dirt off my feet before getting in bed to keep from dirt getting in the bed, but, managing that with a toddler was next to impossible. Having a toddler there with a dirty floor was disgusting. Additionally, the ventilation was terrible. After 2 showers the room got humid and condensation was on the windows for the entire stay. I don’t usually complain, but this one was worth the time. Pretty bummed out on this experience.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Wonderful and attentive staff. I was able to use the gym and other amenities freely and comfortably. The breakfust buffet had great options for adults and kids, though basic it was perfect if you needed a hearty meal. The room was an adequate size and gave a studio feel, which included a fridge, freezer and microwave. The toiletries were superb, they provide mouthwash, make-up remover and shower cap as basic items in the bathrooms. The showerhead was everything especially after a long day of running around. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers looking for a home away from home.

Huge party went after hours literally right below the entire 2nd floor. Management did nothing. They did nothing to stop the partygoers, nothing to relocate me and my family to another room….nothing. When I threatened to call the Sheriff, they basically pressed me to as they had zero control. Sheriff came twice, was super nice. Will never stay here again and would not recommend to others for what happened and several other minor reasons. Poor, poor management.

Had an Amazing stay at the Palm Garden Hotel. Quite the hidden gem. Super Convenient to everywhere that we were going over the long weekend. Clean rooms. Very accommodating staff. Free Parking, Free Hot Breakfast every morning. The pool was Great!! Way too many little ones allowed in the Hot Tub which was the only negative thing we experienced during our stay. Will definitely stay there again!!

It was a nice hotel I just wish they had not booked such a large soccer travel team the kids took over the pool and jacuzzi we were not able to enjoy it . There was no parent supervision kids were running wild through out the hotel
