The room was nice and spacious for our family of four, with a good-sized bathroom, plenty of storage, and a private patio with seating. Every space in the hotel was clean and beautiful. The gym was spacious with plenty of equipment. The pool was refreshing in a beautiful courtyard area and has a sizable hot tub. The hotel restaurant had great food all day long and even better service. Housekeeping was performed daily, but if you choose to forego it, you get a restaurant credit. We were able to get a complimentary late check out. We didn’t want to leave!

The Hyatt Regency has become our hotel of choice when we visit family in Westlake Village. It is "grand" without prohibitive prices and the staff is without exception friendly and efficient. The only down side for us was the unimaginably bad view outside our window -- machinery presumably for HVAC and related functions. The "green" option with a nod to eco friendly gave us discounts on our daily use of the restaurant and coffee service.

Stayed here for our family’s wedding weekend and it was amazing! The hotel was at full capacity and we still felt more than comfortable.

What a scam. My family had unique circumstances, and these money-grubbers stole from us. Unbelievable. We never even stayed at the location. It was a booking error on their part through Expedia. Shame on you, Hyatt. Managers who have no foresight. Will NEVER stay here, ever, and will make sure people know to NEVER stay at this property.

I was impressed by the politeness and helpfulness of the personnel who helped me both check in and check out. My family and I were very impressed with Hyatt. We will visit there again for the next time.

I want to say thank you for your hospitality. I arrived in the midnight. Actually I have to check in at 11 am, not 3 am. My kids and dog were so tired. In the check- in area all persons were so nice. They gave us a room. The room was so clean and comfortable. I appreciated.

We stay in Westlake often to visit family and usually stay elsewhere. This is the first time in years, really decades since we've been and we will definitely be back. The beds were comfy, rooms clean and staff super friendly and accommodating. There were some late night party people that were a bit noisy, but next time we will join them. It was an added bonus that the rate was extremely reasonable.
