The hotel was near my family's residence, that was convenient. Parking Fee of $16 dollars was not cool and it was unnecessary. The bathroom could be remodeled to be more functional. The shampoo dispenser was empty, luckily, I came prepared.

My husband and I booked here since we were visiting my family. The drive was not too far which was awesome. Would definitely return again. Thank you!

Grand Vista is our home away from home when we're in town visiting family. We love it here. That said, the hotel is looking just a little bit shabby in the details. Nothing was dirty or in ill-repair, just slightly worn-looking. We'll still come. Just want you to know we noticed. Also, we would rather you increase the room price by $10 and give us free parking.

I stayed at the property with my family. We were attacked in the middle of the night by a drunk person who yelled abuses and kept banging on the door and tried to get in. It was really scary as we have never seen anything like this before. We called the hotel staff and nobody came to help quick enough. We couldn't sleep all night as the experience was quite disturbing for us. We requested for a refund but the hotel staff was unable to accomodate that request.

The HOTELS.COM app says parking was separate included. But when I checked out I was charged $10 for parking. The price of the hotel is already pricey, maybe because it looked fancy (many years ago) and when I asked if breakfast was included I was told that it would cost each of my family $15 each. I looked at what the breakfast was about and I’ve had better breakfast at other cheaper hotels. There were water bottles inside our room. The water bottles were not free…. Each bottle costs $2.50. And one ice cream cone from the lobby was $4. This place is charging for almost everything. I’m glad they can’t charge for the air that we breathe.

We love Grand Vista Hotel! It has been our home for many trips back to visit family. Yes, the room furniture and bedding show a little bit of wear. But everything was clean and the staff is wonderful. The pool area especially is fabulous--a nice pool and jacuzzi surrounded by abundant lush plants, 6 tables with umbrellas and 3 cabana-like areas. If you bring your own toiletries, you'll be all set. One disappointment--the hotel is now charging $10/night for parking.

My wife and I had a room w/ a king bed. We had our three young adult children in a room down the hall with two queen beds and a cot was provided for them which was very helpful (one boy, two girls). Very convenient location for us for a family event in Thousand Oaks, CA. The staff was courteous, helpful and aimed to please. The rooms, hotel and pool areas were clean. Didn’t like the parking fee but other than that we all had a wonderful stay, definitely recommend it.
