Best Western Posada Royale Hotel & Suites

Hotel generally good and the staff was very friendly. The only downside to this hotel is that there was no elevator, and that was a little inconvenient as we were travelling with a toddler/stroller.

We were so happy with almost everything about our stay here for long weekend. Extended family booked rooms for family member wedding nearby. We were more than happy with these accommodations. There was a nice patio area off of breakfast room where we gathered at night to just hang out, and kiddos spent two days swimming in the pool which was just right and very convenient to our room locations. Breakfast options more than adequate, and rooms were just very standard, but clean and comfy. Location is great for freeway access and also stores to pick up necessities as well as some eating options, some close enough to walk. All agreed we had chosen great place to stay and would definitely stay again.

I stayed here with my family for two days. I was okay the room is a little run down and could use some improvement but over all quiet and safe. The only think was the staff was rude specially this lady during breakfast who harasses the guest for their meal ticket. I don’t mind showing the ticket what I didn’t like was how rude she was when asking specially my son even though she had just asked me. She needs help with people skills or a raise because she is doing way too much.

Property is fine and usually where we stay when we visit Simi Valley. Showed up at check-in time and room still wasn’t ready. Had to wait additional 20 minutes for room to be cleaned and even then had no toilet paper and two towels for family of 4. Will probably stay there again due to lack of options but not the best of hotels

Only issue is that a family with rambunctious children were in a room above us & they kept jumping off the bed. Guests with active children really need to be on the bottom floor.

The beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean and spacious. The front desk staff were very friendly as were the kitchen staff at the breakfast. My kids enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. I only docked a star because of the lack of elevator, which can be tricky with lots of luggage. Overall, I would definitely recommend for the price point.
