We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Zoe. Its close proximity to the fisherman’s wharf was the reason I booked this place. Despite it being in a trendy area, it was quiet at night, which was a plus. The staff were lovely and accommodating. There was free coffee service in the morning which was nice. The downside to this place was they have very expensive valet parking which was the only parking option they offer as they do not allow for self-park. $75 per night for the valet parking is quite steep but we paid for it for our peace of mind because San Francisco is notorious for car-break ins. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. The shower was my favorite part of the stay. It was very clean, modern, tastefully designed and it made me feel relaxed and clean after a day’s adventures. We had a great stay and we will be happy to recommend it to friends and family.

Reliably nice. We enjoyed the fire tables in the courtyard. The location is just tucked away enough to avoid the crowd and noise from the Wharf. More of an adult place, not a lot of kids. If you want kids and noise head across the street to RUI.

The location is wonderful. We walked up the Exploratorium and to pier 39. The restaurant was really good. Food was tasty and the staff were helpful with the cranky/hangry grandkids! 😀 The s'mores treat from 5 to 7pm was a hit with the kids! Staff very nice. We will return!

Me and my family was very satisfied with our stay. The hotel and room are well maintained and very clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Jose(front desk) was very accommodating and we were impressed with his excellent customer service. Keep up the great job👏 😃👍👍👍

We were in San Francisco for a family vacation. I loved the Zoe because it was close to many attractions, like fisherman’s wharf, and Ghirardelli’s Square. I loved that they had a parking garage and that we didn’t need to park on the street, the charge for daily parking was worth it. They provide bottled water daily which was awesome because we did a lot of waking. And all of the staff at the hotel was friendly and super helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again myself.

You cant beat the location. Everything is walkable and the staff was great. We didnt get to take advantage of the reataurant because we were so busy rushing around trying to see everything. I would highly recommend Hotel Zoe. We stayed in one of their suites and it was perfect for our family.

Great, family-friendly location for visiting the wharf. Clean room. Pillows weren’t super comfortable and curtains let in too much light for a goodnight’s rest, but every other detail was excellent. Perfect for my family trip.
