Hotel VIA

I reserved room 1 month and a half ahead cost of $300 specifically asked for a nice view corner room my Son's Graduation from UCSF reserved Cabana on the roof for friends and family Graduation was across the street arrived 930 cabana really nice ordered dinner asked me for my credit card 3 times dinner never showed up we got our own drinks then after they apologized said they wouldn't charge me in the morning at check out O ask for all charges on card they assured me only $120 got a receipt after leave 5 charges tolling over $500 . called front desk sorry accounting doesn't open until week . The view to my room was horrible of a brick roof . $ 100 dollars for valie I called to find out my work brief case and over bags they said " no ," until I pinged it then they said yes .this is not a 4 star hotel it's no better then a hostel at best .

It was a very clean property and such an easy convenient spot. I took my two children to monster jam alone so this made the trip so easy!

Just wish valet parking wasn't 100.00 and they had a regular coffee maker in the room rather than espresso or whatever that was. One small cup provided and one miniature cup that looked like it was out of a kids tea set,

Food options were extremely limited which makes it difficult when traveling with a toddler. Very cute, clean, and convenient hotel if going for a giants game.
