InterContinental San Francisco, an IHG Hotel

Always have a great time at the SF intercontinental! Love the location. Easy access to mass transit. Lots of great restaurants in the neighborhood. Splurged this time and got a junior suite on a higher floor. Room was huge and had an amazing view of the city skyline and the bay.

Did not know the pool was indoors. Not to mention turn the wrong corner and you will be on skid row. They were going to refund but I couldn’t get a hold of you guys. They said I need to go through your team first

hotel has charged for kids breakfast almost the same amount as resort fee and tax which is not that great. only adults were covered under the package of breakfast and children were excluded. when the bill came i felt like almost the four of us has paid for our breakfast given the tax was almost equal to the 3 days breakfast charges of kids. hotel bath room esp the shower area was not cleaned well and there were dust of the floor mat and beds were not so comfortable for two people to sleep

Rooms were nice and spacious, the staff was very friendly. They gave us adjoining rooms and also accomodated us by giving a fridge in the room. Swimming pool was nice, the area is walkable to yerba buena gardens which has a small park and the children's museum where my kid had fun.

Great hotel for looks, bar and food. When I spend a decent penny for a nice room, I expect basic amenities. No fridge, no microwave, and the TV is completely locked and controlled with no options to link your streaming services. If you are bringing kids, make sure their devices are charged.

The hotel was excellent, very comfortable, slept like a baby. The streets nearby were filthy, several sketchy characters walking around, but i had no issues

Clean, comfortable and friendly. Kids are welcome but it's aimed more at the business or vacationing adults crowd. Little to know kid options at the hotel restaurant, though we felt welcome and they went off me u to help my kid eat nutritiously. I appreciated the staff with whom we interacted

We had an excellent stay. We were visiting for a conference in the nearby Moscone center and the location was perfect. Also, since we brought the kids the nearby parks were excellent. The housekeeping staff went out of their way to help us (and two small boys gave them plenty to do). Same with the reception and bell hops. As we were leaving, the taxi sent a smaller car than requested but the hotel staff jumped right in, helping us with our luggage and offering the use of the hotel SUV to take us to the airport. We were really impressed by the staff.

Hands down AMAZING stay!!! Centrally located, affordable, family frirndly, GREAT service! We will definitely be back!!! Upgraded to a higher floor for signing up for rewards account. Upon check out, they held our belongings on the bell cart while we went Christmas shopping to avoid any theft/car break in of belongings from the parking garage.

The room was nice, the view was beautiful. The staff went above and beyond for us, especially the maintenance guy who attempted to fix my kids' issue with their video games. When I inquired about where to get some drinks for our room he left and came back with a box full of waters and sodas for us. I tried tracking him down later to give him a tip, as I didn't have change at the time, but was unable to locate him. The veranda and the pool and spa were fun for the kids. The only thing negative I have to say is when I plugged in my son's video games behind the TV, my arm came out covered in dust. I am the manager of a hotel down south and we have the same issues with things not getting dusted thoroughly, so I'm not holding it against them.
