Hotel Zelos room was very nice, trendy, updated and great view if you want to upgrade to city view. Enjoyed the stay with family.

I traveled with my family and the staff is the most helpful in every way, specially Jeff in the front desk, the Hotel is very well located is easy to walk to China Town, Union Square, and many fine stores and gallery, transportation is right there where ever you want to go, I highly recomend it for leisure or bussiness, great property

Safe (liked that the hotel doesn’t open unless you have a key). Clean. Front desk Nabih was professional and made us feel welcome even though he was the only person working at the moment and was getting very busy. First time I came here as a couple and 7 years later I came to stay with my child. Had a very pleasant stay and would stay here again for the customer service & location!

This is one of those 'cool' hotels that doesn't have a sign outside because who would want to find their hotel? The room was quite small but comfortable. It was clean and the bed was comfy. That being said, they had a live performance going on in the outdoor bar in the center of the building that went quite late with profanity and lewd language. I had to work the next morning at 6. When I asked to be moved to the outside perimeter of then building I was told that all rooms were taken, yet I personally witnessed multiple parties check in after me. I was also advised at 830 that the show would be ending soon. It did not end soon. All I am saying is beware! If you need to get to bed early or have young children, this is not the place for you.
