This is a more upscale spot, decent walk to Oracle. I did have an issue with the valet service being posted as $80, but they include a tax that brings the total to $91.20 per night. They also overcharged me for an extra day of valet service. On top of that, the valet lost our key and was running around calling his co workers to locate it and had my family standing there for 20 minutes. I tried to talk to a manager and they said she wasn't in yet. They asked me to call back. I did and left a message, but haven't heard back. The one star is for the misleading prices, overcharge, incompetent valet, and management's failure to follow up. Check your bill!!!

Our stay at The Clancy in SFO was pleasant, providing a secure and convenient experience for my family. The hotel's walkable distance from Union Square was a definite plus.
