Did not stay, I called at 7pm informing I would be a late arrival, upon arrival.Upon arrival was checked in then told there was no parking for me, that I could park in public parking behind building. Very disappointed as I had a one year old so at 1 am I was to walk with a baby in the dark already a ridiculously expensive charge for parking. I was rerouted and o a sister hotel which had parking but instead of two queen beds now a pull out sofa and one queen bed. Very disappointed with this whole situation when traveling never had a problem.

Rather than the room being decent. Parking was atrocious and didn’t really have much space to begin with I can’t recommend this place in good conscience with how poorly they treated my family.

Its my first time staying at this hotel and it was such a great experience my family and I loved this easy acces to everything around and the hospitality from the front desk. Not to mention the included breakfast 😋 i will be back thanks for making our trip memorable

The location and staff were amazing! The only issue was with the elevator working intermittently. We checked out Tuesday July 9th and there were technicians there working on the elevator’s issue, so that is definitely a good sign. I recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to be near the Midway Museum and Little Italy. There were plenty of food options in walking distance and it was a kid and pet friendly area.

Property was good the terrible part of it was the elevators didn’t work. I understand not everything is perfect but they had 3 elevators total and only one was working. To top it off we were up in the 6th floor so imagine having to take up suitcases for 4 adults and two kids with strollers. There was a poor lady on a wheel chair having to wait a good amounts of minutes for the elevator to pick her up.

They only had one working elevator in the whole hotel until that broke . Why place a family with small child on the 6th floor when knowning the situation. The elevator took up valuable time on my vacation

Loved the suite. Perfect for our family. Walking distance to Little Italy shops and dining and short driving distance to most local tourist locations and Sea World. Staff was very pleasant and professional.

Booked a stay thinking the breakfast service would be the same as when we stayed back in October: hot food (eggs, sausage/bacon) and make-your-own waffles. The price wasn't worth it. $355 for one night, only to be served microwavable sandwiches and re-heatable waffles. This is not the Hilton experience I was expecting. I recommended the place to my family who were vacationing with me, which had them excited, especially for the breakfast service, but we were so disappointed. Check-in staff (the nice old guy) was good though.
