Its my first time staying at this hotel and it was such a great experience my family and I loved this easy acces to everything around and the hospitality from the front desk. Not to mention the included breakfast 😋 i will be back thanks for making our trip memorable

They only had one working elevator in the whole hotel until that broke . Why place a family with small child on the 6th floor when knowning the situation. The elevator took up valuable time on my vacation

Booked a stay thinking the breakfast service would be the same as when we stayed back in October: hot food (eggs, sausage/bacon) and make-your-own waffles. The price wasn't worth it. $355 for one night, only to be served microwavable sandwiches and re-heatable waffles. This is not the Hilton experience I was expecting. I recommended the place to my family who were vacationing with me, which had them excited, especially for the breakfast service, but we were so disappointed. Check-in staff (the nice old guy) was good though.

I just checked out my room a minute ago. Then, my kids told me that they want to go to bathroom. The staff told me the bathroom is not available.

The staff was very helpful and let us check in early when our room was available. They had a pack and play for our toddler. There is a playground across the street and a view of boats, which our daughter thought were excellent bonuses, not to mention the breakfast!

Wonderfull park right across the street for children and very close to walkable atractions. The bus/tram system is right behind the hotel that will take you straight to the Zoo, Sea World, airport or anwhere else you mightwant to visit. The hotel itself is excellent and the free breakfast has a great selection.

It's terrible!! They don't clean the room. In 3 days that we were on a family plan, not even to change the towels. Parking is very expensive!!! $40Dlls per night. Crazy!! Finally, comment that breakfast is good, it is included and it is sufficient.

I didn’t get the room and they canceled the reservation without refunding my money so basically they stolen my money and I contacted and chatted you guys and nothing happened, really I feel so bad specially I have a family and kids with me , you guys did a very bad job and I worked with you since a lot of years but that it is my last time to do anything through you.

Location is good. Noise is issue. Also too many pets in the property. Window view was just another attached view so, basically no view and kid like claustrophobic. Staff was nice 👌

The elevator was not working. I and my three children had to lug 6 bags up 4 flights. Stair wells smelled like urine. I paid for the view but it looked out at the side. You could see the water but it was difficult.
