The hotel is kept up good enough. We felt unsafe going for a walk due to the vagrants and BUMS sleeping on sidewalks etc. The car park valet was awesome, kind of expensive but we never had to wait long for our car! Kudos to the guys running it! Our room was never made up. I asked why on our way out and the answer was “we only remake rooms on request”, but we weren’t told this upon check in! I guess over all it wasn’t bad but surely not worth the price and certainly not safe for families.

Room was clean and very modern with furniture and art. There’s now kitchen or bar on site which knocks points off. Valet parking is really the only option at $40/night. You’re about a 15 minute walk from gaslamp/little Italy, but homelessness surrounds the area (like many downtown cities), so keep that in mind when walking with the family. Overall a solid 3.5/5

My family had a great stay at the hotel! It is extremely clean and they even have a cute machine that makes coffee/cappuccinos available from 6am to 11am. It was located next to everything and the staff was so helpful. The cost of parking is steep but overall I wasn’t too concerned since I knew my car would be safe. We will definitely be staying there again!

Personally, I would never stay there again it’s not meant for a family even with teenagers. There is literally nothing to do in that hotel, except use the gym and the gym is super small I mean smaller than the rooms! Also, the staff was not that welcoming when we checked in and when we checked out. They had 24 hour security. He was not a pleasant person either!
