Loved my stay at the Ritz Carlton Rancho Mirage! Family friendly, kids were given bubble wands and toys upon arrival and the kids really enjoyed the pool and their frozen drinks! Service was exceptional! Would definitely be back!

Beautiful property up on the ridge great pools one for family one for adults. The property is showing some age with some lack of care of the hallway carpets and rooms are dated for a five star resort. Dennis at the concierges desk was amazing! The pool side service or lack there of was a great disappointment! On Saturday yes it was busy and the pool manager was a woman that was on top of all the servers but when she stepped away we were completely invisible to them. A great disappointment again of a five star hotel. Would we return again I don't think so. The hillside resort with the most beautiful views do not make up for the customer service.

The accommodations were average and noisy. We’ve stayed here many times and are always put in the tower with the noisy families. The rooms and bathrooms need updating and soundproofing. The pool was crowded and the hotel should’ve had both pools open for families because it was a busy holiday weekend. The service was great at the pool given how rude guests were to them. Otherwise just an ok hotel.

This property was a great stay. While it was hot outside, the hotel made the most of it. Misters everywhere. Lots of activities to do. Candy cart and stargazing were hits for the kids. Pool was great and pool staff was quick and helpful, always. Interior decor in the rooms was a bit dated and some things in the room needed a handyman (light was not flush with the ceiling, door stuck in the closet, etc...). The carpets and furniture probably need to be replaced in the next year or so. Hardscapes were great and our wet bath was amazing.
