The Paloma Resort

Not worth the price to stay there. I got in at 6pm and my room was still not ready for me to stay. The room, once cleaned, still had spoiled ice cream on the patio floor. The bed was uncomfortable as well. I was disappointed in the experience. Also, if you want a quieter stay, this is not the place to do. Loads of children were in the pool the whole time.

The carpets were motel level dirty. Didn't want to talk around barefoot. One of my towels had a big brown stain on it. The furniture is hip looking but very cheap. Then the noise. Wow, imagine having a personal DJ in your bed. They have a pool DJ, which, I guess that's on me for not being more thorough in discovering that, but on Saturday the DJ was so loud that things in my room were vibrating. And all the rooms are right off the pool. A nap is not a possibility here. Come here for an all day rager. They shouldn't call this a "spa" at all. Yes it has spa services, but this is not the place to relax in the desert. Also early morning kids screaming running around, and on my final day, construction at 6:30am. All that said it was about as cheap as a motel, but admittedly one level up in quality (minus the carpet and towel). Roll the dice.

Really enjoyed the property and pool area. The location was great, quiet neighborhood, easy access and super close to shopping. The front desk staff were very welcoming and thoughtful and walked us to our room, explaining amenities. The community room near the pool was well furnished. Outdoor seating areas are countless to enjoy some relaxation time. Our room was in the main building, was very cute and the layout worked well for our group of four adults. One of the room had very small wall mounted shelves for nightstands that were leaning so much you couldn't use them. The main issue for us was the thin walls. Unfortunately when laying in bed and even in the bathroom we could hear the next door neighbors conversations, babies crying, and dogs barking. We could even hear conversations word for word. If you are sensitive to sound pollution you should avoid the rooms in the main building. I hope the bungalows would have less issues, since each bungalow is only two rooms. At the pool we ordered some appetizers, which left a lot to be desired. I had to send back croquetas which came frozen in the center. Outside food and drink is not allowed at the pool. That would work for me if the food available to order were better. Cocktails were good, as expected

The Paloma was excellent choice for our recent family holiday in Palm springs. The pool was excellent, warm and great that it was open 24 hr. The location was great to see all the sites in and around PS.

Myself and a friend did a girls long weekend getaway and stayed at the Paloma- it is a beautiful resort and such a lovely stay. We were hoping for an adults only resort but this felt like it was even though we saw sone small children at the pool - it wasn’t disruptive because I swear this building has the strongest sound proofing- it was so quiet and spacious rooms. It has a fun Palm Springs esthetic and the grounds have beautiful landscaping w lovely grapefruit trees everywhere, that sweet pool is fun during the day and relaxing at night weather depending of course (it was 110 each day) so it was great that the pool is open 24hrs so we could take a dip late late night when it cooled off! The staff are so accommodating and kind - everyone remembers you and cheerfully greets you. Paul in the front office was great he made sure we had what we needed and is a big part of why we will return Couldn’t find the spa but the restaurant is adorable and has the best menu - one of the best meals we had on the trip! Also the bartenders make a life changing Paloma at this resort!!! Highly recommend

I loved the design of the hotel. The clean was spacious, clean, and well designed. The pool was lovely the services was great all around. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

It’s Not really kid friendly and the front desk and servers weren’t really friendly our server was great but the other servers where not. The day we arrived the girl that greeted us was very fake when we left the other girl was great. Not much to do and a little far from downtown form it to not have a little more. Super cute tho. Would of liked for everyone to be a little more friendly and welcoming as we had our 4 yr old she did good but just not really much we had to drive. To get anywhere. Great vibe for adults only.

The walls were paper thin. I could hear a baby crying, my neighbor snoring all night long from the bathroom to the bedroom and I could hear their conversations next door. I might as well have been in the room with them.
