Holiday Inn Express Hotels and Suites Cathedral, an IHG Hotel

It was very clean and good customer service. Not sure if the area is safe but that’s also what I look for when staying with my kids

Overall I like the place. Quiet and relaxing, and everything is close by. It might not be a new top notch place, but its great, and friendly. I can spend a weekend relaxing with my family.

There is a woman at the front desk, unfortunately I don’t know her name, she has been there for 20 years and she honestly makes you feel like you are family. Thank you

This hotel was amazing!! The rooms, pool and the breakfast were great. My family had a great time. What made our stay extra special was The front service lady ( I believe her name is dawn) she was so great with my kids that she made us feel welcomed and appreciated. The house keepers were also so friendly and nice.

Service was okay upon arrival. Did not feel very welcome just interrogated a bit. We had to stay close to the ford dealer as our truck was having a full day service and it was the only closet dealer for us [1hr away]. The room was hot upon arrival but once the ac took over it was wonderful. The only bad thing I have to say for a mom of a toddler. The bathroom door is a chopping block for fingers!!!! You open the bathroom door and it is on a spring action that SERIOUSLY slams shut! I was stressed over my littles fingers the whole stay! Moms be cautious! If you're working remotely like i did- there is a great space for your computer and items! I was comfortably able to work a full 8 hours from the desk. There were hairs in the shower upon arrival; however, everything else seemed to have been properly cleaned prior to arrival. All in all the room did the job.

Check in was easy, the staff recognised we were tiered after a busy day and offered us water and the kid's a treat and made us feel welcome and relaxed.

The walls were so thin, even in the middle of the night we could hear people talking, children jumping, neighbors knocking on the doors, and the corridor walks! The property was clean but nothing was truly representing Hilton (unlike Marriotts), no laundry bags, and I had to run out of the bathroom half-showered because they forgot to refill the shower gel.

Breakfast is great. The heated pool is a plus especially in colder months. My kids love it, which is nice because they'll leave me alone. It's a win-win situation.

Our first room the A/C wasn't working and the girl at the front desk moved us immediately. We so appreciated it!! Thank you for being a clean, friendly and safe hotel for our family.

Beautiful hotel, clean, quiet, family friendly. Very convenient and close by shopping and restaurants.
