Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa

Surprised by how outdated our room was. Also surprised it’s a drive up motel style room. Not what we expected given the price. The hotel grounds were gorgeous though and the restaurant and coffee shop were really nice. The pools were good for our young family. Probably wouldn’t stay here again though given the room condition. Found some small ants in the bathroom and overall the room just felt very old and dark.

This was the perfect hotel for a family vacation. The pools were great. This kids loved the water slides and we all enjoyed the lazy river. My only complaints are the beds and the noise from other rooms. The beds not comfortable. It felt like I was sleeping on rocks. My whole family agreed. The walls are thin. Crying kids and screaming parents next door, along with the heavy walkers above us. However, the property is beautiful.

We had a great stay with our two children, 4 and 6. We staying on the second floor over the lazy river. It was great location for the family and was not loud at all.

Everything was amazing, but they were shutting down the lazy river for the children very early in the day, but the service and people there are great!

All the pools are freat for the family. The staff were very nice. The rooms are bug and the beds comfortable.

Unfortunately we were disappointed with our stay for the amount we paid. The room was large but was suppose to sleep 5. It had a small bed in a gigantic room for my husband and myself and a pull out sofa bed for our three teenage children. Not sure how that amounts to “sleeps five.” There was also no water and we had to ask for a microwave. The staff was very friendly but we didn’t feel the cost was worth the stay.

We have a great stay! Our room was nice, and it was clean. The back patio opened up to the amazing open space. We had our dog with us so it worked out great for play time and potty breaks. Bathroom was clean and spacious. I wasn’t too impressed with the products in the bathroom they provide but that’s not a deal breaker. Holy water pressure. It was like a full body massage. It was great. There was a fridge and a mini coffee bar area. Our fridge was definitely on its last leg. It did what we needed it too but definitely was cold when it wanted too be. You can connect to your devices on the tv which is really nice! You can watch Netflix or any other streaming service. You can opt out of maid service and they donate a meal to a local charity. The grounds were kept nice. The pool, lazy river and slide were awesome, and during the winter the pool is heated really really well. My kids loved it. They provide towels and they have a restaurant right next to the pool or they have servers that come and take your order by the pool. There is an adults only pool too near the front of the property. They have a made to order mini cafe called The Palm Cafe and the food there is amazing! Highly recommended. My kids ordered from the pool side restaurant and they said the food was really good. We didn’t go to the on property fancy restaurant, only bc we didn’t care of the menu. Staff was amazing! Really nice. Made everything easy. You can even text them if you need something

Water slides and lazy river for kids is awesome especially when water is warm😊

2nd time at Omni, love the rooms, the lazy river and slides for kids are great. We hired bikes. This time pool towels were in inconvenient areas and pool gates were locked due to renovation work which meant navigating different routes to enter the pool from our room. We will come back because it is superior in every way to the Hyatt regency at Indian wells.
