The service for check in was fantastic and service at the cabanas as well. It was for a family birthday party and was very family friendly.

Everything was great and pleasant. The bed was amazing the room was clean and the shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided smelled amazing. The pools were great for families and couples. The staff was very professional.

I loved this resort it was awesome my children had so much fun.Looking forward to visit again in the future.

Information about the activities for kids are not consistent and very confusing to find. They have check In at 4pm and Check out is at 11 am , not enough time for fun especially when your not getting right info for the kid’s activities plus waiting long times for rides going to lobby from parking and vice Vera’s is a long wait.

I’ve been bringing my kids here every summer for 10 years. It’s always been a great experience. The resort is clean and beautiful. We really enjoy the lazy river and water slides. Already looking forward to our next stay.

Service was wonderful, room was great, dinner at Bluember was delicious. I also love that they have a coffee bar. We loved the adult pool and the Conchilla pool. The other pools look great, they just had a lot of kids.

**Review: Extremely Disappointing Stay** I booked this resort through Expedia, but upon arrival, our experience went downhill fast. The check-in process was excruciatingly slow, which was especially problematic since my family, including three young kids and their dad, were waiting in the car in 120-degree heat. The staff at the front desk were incredibly rude and unhelpful. We specifically asked for two rooms close to each other, and the receptionist claimed that this was the reason for the delay. To make matters worse, we discovered she had overcharged us. She couldn't resolve the issue, and we had to involve the manager, who finally corrected her mistake after charging us twice. Throughout this ordeal, not once did they offer us a bottle of water. Adding insult to injury, one of our rooms was on the second floor. We had to carry our daughter up and down the stairs because the railings were too hot for her to hold. The room itself was outdated; the refrigerator sounded like a swarm of bumblebees all night, and the bed was so noisy that every time we moved, our daughter woke up. The shower gel pump didn't work, and the pool area was filthy. The only redeeming feature of this resort was the lazy river, but even that couldn't salvage our stay. We left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Me and fam have been coming about once a year last 4 yrs. We have a 5 and 8 yr old and they love it. We’ve always had a great friendly experience during all of our stays with staff. Absolutely recommend for families especially with children 12 and under.

Such a nice resort, we had such an amazing time with the family, the grounds and the location are great, the pools, the lazy river and the splashtopia area are so amazing my 2 year old and my 10 year old daughters had such a great time so did my wife and myself, The food was really good and the dining options were great. I love the Colonial style of the resort and the rooms. I would definitely come back to this place.
