WorldMark Palm Springs - Plaza Resort and Spa

I visit annually and love The Plaza! This stay my family was in 410. The room size was perfect, love the oven, dishwasher, and 2 bathrooms. My complaint is the skylights! That room does not get dark (there is a light in the middle of them) so there is always light shining in. Then the morning sun directly shines in the room when it rises, and on the bed by 8am. We love all the staff!! They are very nice to my family - and we can be loud and pesty!

Very clean! Nice kitchenette with everything you need to cook/eat with. The DVD player was nice to have for little ones with a good selection of movies down in the lobby to check out.

Best quality hotel we ever stayed as a family for a really affordable price. I wish there were more places like that that could offer good prices.

This will always be my favorite semi-local resort to come to! I love the staff! Shout out to Lora-front desk, Lauren-housekeeping, John-front desk, Arne-maintenance supervisor, Robert-maintenance, & Gabby- housekeeping! They have made every visit one to remember. Their kindness and willingness goes above and beyond! There are others, I unfortunately don’t have names, but every interaction has been nothing but excellent! Everything there for your convenience makes it so pleasant! Bring some groceries and fix meals in a very equipped kitchen. Need extra towels or trash taken out? It’s a phone call away. I love coming to WorldMark Palm Springs Resort & Spa to catch up with friends from the GTE family we had/still have and this is the perfect place for me to come & reconnect. Best part is…my cat comes with me! Every staff member knows her too! Thanks for making my vacations feel like home! See you all soon…I’m sure!

We arrived several hours early and the front office staff was very friendly and told us we can stay at the lobby with our dogs. They were able to check us in earlier than 4pm and even upgraded our rooms to a one bedroom suites with verandah for our dogs. The rooms have fully functional kitchens with everything we need (plates, utensils, cups, pots and pans, etc.). All we did was go to nearby Jensen to buy food we need for our stay. The room's air conditionings were superb considering summer in Palm Springs can be very uncomfortable. My husband and daughter played tennis at their court (they have rackets and balls that anyone can borrow). The only thing we were not able to try was the swimming pool. I have already told some of my friends and family about this place. Definitely, we will be back 🙂

Overall good stay for a weekend with family. Simple amenities - not sure it is really a “resort & spa”. Rooms were clean but a bit dated. Kitchen in room was a nice surprise. Our room on the first floor had high windows with no shades which let a lot of light in in the mornings. Would stay again for a quick trip.
