Residence Inn Ontario Airport

The room was clean and very comfortable. We stayed in the penthouse suite. Very spacious. Full kitchen I was able to cook something I enjoy doing. The whole stay is comfortable. Quite as well. My grandchildren, daughters and hubby enjoyed themselves.

The place is run down. There was a family having a pool party at the place and they were letting many, many, many other people into the hotel. They had someone standing at the gate with the gate key letting them in. Because of this the pool was CROWDED. Breakfast was okay not what Im used to getting at a hotel like this one. And the tub had a stain in the bathtub. The diningroom chairs were peeling off at the top. The walls were SUPER thin. We couldnt sleep because the people above us kept pacing back and forth in their room all night long. I will not be coming back to this hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel is showing its age and we had roaches in the kitchen area of the room under the sink and behind the microwave. I let the front desk know and they offered to move us but other families we knew staying there as well said there were roaches in their kitchen area as well.

We stayed here with our adult children as part of our time together for a funeral. It was great to be together as a family. The suite was perfect for us to gather and be together. We found the beds comfortable and the provided breakfast delicious. In our time of need, the staff was caring and helpful. Thanks for making us feel comforted!

Property is in a good location near freeways, stores, and convention center. Staff at check in was super helpful and sent a pack and play immediately on request. Pool was small but clean. NEGATIVES: has to immediately change rooms due to strong ammonia “cat urine” smell. New room smelt better however was pretty dirty. Floors and carpets were so bad that we had to drive to store immediately as toddlers feet were black after walking an hour in room. 2 bedroom “Penthouse” is a bedroom and a loft. Toddler could not be upstairs due to safety concerns as the loft was completely open. The furnished kitchen was a joke with 2 pans, 4 pieces of filthy silverware, no utensils. Air conditioning not working initially in 100 degree temps and it was stifling in the loft. Staff was responsive however when temps reached almost 80F inside and sent someone to fix the air conditioning. Pool was clean but towel rack empty and tables around pool were too filthy to use. I travel with Lysol wipes but they were no match to the caked on dirt inside and outside room. Pack and play was so filthy that we could not use and had to purchase our own. This all after a long day of travel with pregnant daughter in law and active but overtired 16 month old. Breakfast was okay as it at least had food we could feed our toddler but no real variety for the adults. Having stayed at at least 10-15 hotels in this area over the years, this one will not get a second visit from me.

This was a good place, it was like having a studio apartment. The staff was nice and when the smoke alarm needed a new battery they were there surprisingly quick. Everything that we used worked as it should. The bad was that it smelled a little funky at first but air freshener fixed that and the carpet looked nice but it was super dirty, kid had black feet from running around. All and all i would stay here again and plan too.

This hotel needs a total renew all furniture is old and in a bad condition. Everything in the room didn’t work properly,we even had a leak at sink,fan didn’t work,smells horrible,coach was not secure to sit so they have to change room for us at the last day stay without offering any help for moving us. Breakfast was the worst experience I had ever had,though even any Motel would have better than food than this hotel. Pool didn’t have towels well in resume this hotel isn’t pleasant to stay for some days with your family. Only good thing is the two rooms space but that’s it!

I got the room for my birthday and it was great my kids and wife loved it

This is a very good place for a family stay. Lots of space and a full kitchen make it ideal. It is clean and beds are comfortable. The location is quiet and feels safe. I will definitely stay again.
