The tub flooded every time I used it to take a shower. My small child and I both had to take a shower in a bunch of water (water was passed both our ankles) had to keep turning off the water and waiting 3-5 minutes for water to drain completely out.

Shouldnt schedule a single person next to a family. This facility is right next to the I10 freeway but my inconsiderate neighbors were far worse than any freeway noise.

breakfast was disappointing. limited options. most places have more options. waffles, bacon/sausage, etc. our room the ceiling in the bathroom shows mold coming out under the paint. the pool was nice but no towels. when we asked for towels we were told one per guest, like we need to be told as children.

There was duck tape holding the main sliding door. That doesn’t make anyone feel comfortable spending the amount of money that was charged. There were continuous flickering lights outside the building. That did not look comforting. Also the breakfast was hardly a breakfast at all. There were no eggs, sausages nor waffles. The tiny muffins & yogurt were not filling, for my three kid’s especially. Also the microwave in our room shot off electrical sparks when we attempted to use it. I asked for a replacement & never got one. Overall I felt like they overcharged me for a run down hotel.

This property is extremely loud. You can hear every single car on the highway and voice in the hallway through the walls. Our room smelled of cooked curry so bad we could smell it on our clothes the entire next day. We would've tried to switch rooms, but we had small kids that were sound asleep when we got there, so it was too much of a burden.

The dark male at front desk was very friendly nice and helpful always had a smile and was happy to help however the other 2 lady’s at the front desk were not helpful at all were in a bad mood spoke very unprofessionaly. We were unable to get extra towels since they said they didn’t have any clean ones and did say they would take us some to room 2 days later nothing. Elevator did not work and we were not told that which was hard traveling with a toddler and being on 3rd floor. Breakfast was not the greatest pretty much stale yogurt or cereal. The 3rd floor smelled like marijuana the whole time we were there. We could hear dogs barking even though no pets aloud and also freeway can be heard and can be pretty loud. Also beds made lots of sound when getting on and off bed. AC worked well but was also loud.
