When my family and I got to the hotel our hotel room smelled of urine. We asked for another room and were granted one. When we walked down to our new room when we tried to get in there was someone holding the door closed from the inside. We waited a second and a female s*x worker existed the room. We then went back to the front desk and they told us this has been a problem at their facility.

Quick trip to see family and friends. Our room was at the back of the building and smelled stale. It was surface clean.

For $500 I was surprised to find the room smelled like smoke, and the mattress was uncomfortable. The smoke smell was all over our clothing the next day. I would expect a refund in this situation because they were sold out and could not move us to another room. We ended up attending a family funeral smelling like cigarettes. I would go with a higher end hotel next time which at this price shouldn't be a problem.

Shuttle pick up driver super nice. Waited while we checked in (1:30am) and then drove us to right in front of our unit. Check in was seamless, even at that hour. Room is nothing less than you would expect from BW and we look forward to a scrumptious, fresh breakfast before heading out to visit family in Azusa!

Nice place, convenient location, friendly and helpful staff. The only issue we had here was that the cleaning staff left our door cracked open all day. We were at a family event all day. When we returned later that evening, we were very uneasy seeing it open upon our return. Luckily nothing was missing. Alerted front desk staff who apologized for the mistake.

I stayed here because it is a nice, clean, safe and well kept Hotem in the area. In fact I stayed at several hotels in a 50miles radios, and this is The Best Hotel in the area. Great beds and pillows if you want to have a good sleep. Several places to eat around the hotel. Located on a nice wide and clean street. And it's an open (not enclosed) Property with a Jacuzzi and nice pool. And an excellent customer service since the moment you go into the Lobby. You and your family will enjoy your stay.

We had fun in the pool & spa area. It was a little cool so we only stayed 45 minutes. We had clean rooms. The breakfast was ok but nothing special. However, the staff was very efficient. Coffee was good. We had family from MI, WA & Redlands there.
