Our stay was amazing, highly recommend for big families as the double queen room actually have 4 beds, the couch has two very comfortable bed not like most sofa beds. All staff including housekeeping were excellent and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

My family really loved the 2 Queen suite that slept 5. It was so spacious and comfy. We looked forward to having to use this location again if tue chance was there. The entire hotel was nice and clean.

Everything was very good.. except the area we were staying had a youth baseball and soccer tournament.. which is the root of the problem we had at the hotel. For 2 nights, some young child kept running and jumping from about 11:00 PM till 1 AM, in the room above us.. front desk took care of it, after we told them on day 2 about the problem… other than that, the hotel is very good and we would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was a perfect over night stop for our family. We were pleased with the room, how safe the area seemed, and how clean the room was. We also considered it a bonus that the couch turns into a daybed AND it had a trundle; we could have easily slept 6 people without feeling overly cramped. We were a little worried by a ticking sound all night that we could not find the source of, and the fact there was some sort of electronic device in the air vent that flashed lights small lights and temporarily convinced some of our family that we were being recorded. This, of course, was silliness but caused a bit of drama. The main reason I gave four stars was because of the breakfast. They had very limited options and did not do the best job keeping it stocked so we didn’t feel like we got a full breakfast, but it was enough to get us back on the road. They did have iced and hot water (tea and hot chocolate provided), a couple of juice options, milk and coffee.

Hotels.com and property need to make it clear that while bedding arrangements are at times not guaranteed (I booked a double queen with double sofa bed) they should be accurate in description. For this property the sofa bed is a mattress pad that is like a trundle but maybe 1/2 inch off floor. Property gave us a king bed and this “sofa bed” for 3 adults. So I slept with my adult child and our friend was on the pad on the floor. When we spoke to front desk the manager said there was nothing they could do and it was hotel.com fault not theirs. They gave us extra blankets and water. If I would have been staying more then a night this wouldn’t have worked and we would have left. But we dealt with the situation for the one night. But will not be back.

It was very hot and not having a working elevator and only elevator nor having A/C was hard. It would take 7-9 minutes to go up or down so we began just taking stairs. It wouldn’t not have been an issue except it was 110 degrees and by the time we got to our room, everyone was sweaty. Also, we had 2 rooms with 4 people per room and they only provided 2 towels in each room. When we asked for other we were told to just use Pool towels because they didn’t have any extra. They asked to charge for parking but there are 2-3 broke down vehicles in the parking lot. Lastly, we had small children and when we contacted hotel a few days before check-in to ask for adjacent rooms with connecting door as it helps to ensure we can check and monitor the entire family. They assured us it wouldn’t be an issue but when we got there they said they couldn’t accommodate the request because they were sold out. I indicated that I already had 2 rooms booked and paid for and was assured we would have connecting rooms. They said they would try to work it out but never did.
