Holiday Inn Ontario Airport, an IHG Hotel

For a large property it was very clean and quiet in the building. Not so quiet in my room, people above with kids were very noisy.

I was traveling for funeral services for a family member. The restaurant next to the hotel was closed and not mentioned in the hotel website.The hotel in the restaurant was also closed when we arrived so we could not get food after driving 8 hours. We were able to check in to our room which was good. The breakfast that was included in the room price was cold (i.e., eggs, bacon) when we arrived at 7am. There is a snack shop where you can purchase some food and beverages paying with a credit card at a kiosk only. Our room key did not work twice during our stay and we had to walk around to find staff to let us in as the front desk was not staffed at all times. The bed was comfortable and room A/C was fine. Parking was sufficient. Smokers were by the entrance and their smoke filled the lobby. I would not stay there again as the price was not worth their lack of service and amenities compared to other reputable hotels in the vicinity like Aloft a mile away.

My husband, so and I spent a total of 4 hours at your facility, ha ha! But the lady at the front desk made a painful few hours the best possible. She must be a mother because she was so sweet and helpful. We were catching a 5:30am flight out of Ontario after a Sunday night family wedding in Temecula, so by the time we got there we looked a little haggard. A very short time later (4am) we were on our way out and she knew we would be in zombie mode and had hot delicious coffee ready for us. Service like that is so appreciated when you are tired and weary. Seems like a new hotel because it was very clean and spacious. Please tell the lady with the long blond hair who does the graveyard shift. A little kindness goes a long way!!

I don't want to go back to stay in this place because the ac didn't work. I point it out but they didnt fix it in the 9 days i stay. My family caught a cold because it was freezing at night. I just don't want to see this place again in my life Very bad experience
