Candlewood Suites Ontario - Convention Center , an IHG Hotel

The stay was amazing. Top of the line/ ultra modern as well as fully equipped with everything you possibly needed in a hotel setting. I would highly recommend to family and friends. Inconclusive stay for business trips.

Candlewood Suites is on par with the higher priced hotels in Ontario. We have stayed here at least 4 or 5 times over the past few months before during, and after our house was being sold. We have tried the more expensive hotels but always return to Candlewood because of the overall convenience, cleanliness, and the staff are so nice. Jennifer, the blond who works days at the front desk (I apologize if I didn't get her name right) was super helpful to my whole family. There is ample parking and fully equipped kitchen. Cannot say enough good things about Candlewood, well, except for the handicap-equipped rooms. Due to the logistics of the handicap rooms they are more sparse, and not as well equipped as the regular rooms for obvious reasons. If you find fault with this hotel, go try a higher priced hotel (the Element) and you'll realize how great Candlewood is. If you still have a problem, then you need to look at yourself. Candlewood is great!

My door was opened at 1:30 am by the front desk person, they claimed it was a glitch in the system and it showed the was empty! The following day my door was opened again by a stranger, was not housekeeping because they did not knock before. I didn't see who it was but my children did!! They offered to move me rooms, but it was to late in our stay to move our children and belongings. We stayed on the first floor though out the night I could hear the music from the lobby, room was right next to the housekeeping office and I could hear them talking very early in the morning. Lobby floors were dirty especially by back door. Room was dusty. Property mentioned it had a pool, but pool is still under construction. Worst stayed I have ever had!
