La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Ontario Airport

This property was clean, felt safe and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and had a nice outdoor area. I would suggest for the breakfast waffles that they offer an option with no cinnamon as we have people in our party that are allergic to cinnamon so couldn’t eat the main breakfast item. The only other issue that made this a 9 out of 10 instead of a 10/10 was we had two rooms and one was fine but my room had an unpleasant smell coming from the air conditioner so once they fix that and hopefully the waffle options I would give it a solid 10/10 would definitely stay there again with my children and family.

This hotel smelled so bad the staff are rude and if you call to ask for anything they don’t show up till hours later or they can’t help you this place is not a family environment don’t bring kids here people coming in and out like they shouldn’t be there

In the back of the property, there was a particular car which we noticed each day. It was missing a window and we could see a man sitting in the car during the day and at night. He wasn’t there all the time, but it just gave us an eerie feeling as we walked past the car to get to the back entry door. I brought this up with the front desk and asked if there was security - as we’ve never seen anyone on duty monitoring the area. Front desk assured us that this man was a guest at the property and that she would speak to the family. Whatever the case, my adult daughter and teen daughter didn’t want to exit through that door without my husband and I.

My family and i have stayed at this hotel multiple times the staff is always great and hotel meets its expectations.

Family trip with a 4 years children, 5 nigths. Safe place. Standar breakfast. Clean. The only thing is that they never went to change blankets and take the trash but I didn't request. Spanish speakers staff and kindly.

They had roaches in our bathroom and we noticed first thing in morning didn't stay the second night out of fear that we might bringing roaches back home with us so we stayed with my brother on a blow up mattress. I was too busy with family and trying to catch my flight i wasn't trying to deal with this situation during the holidays.

Very clean and friendly! will definitely be a return spot for our family in the future!

The first night I was in my room, I was placed next to another room that had three dogs and at least two cats …dogs kept me up all night barking plus I’m allergic to cats, so I was sneezing all night… Next day I asked to move and still saw that the family of animals and many people were still staying there… I’m not sure what’s going on there, but I did not feel safe shady people pulling up to the back door parking there just overall not good ! Was woken up each night with the dogs… Not far from my new room, so I’m sure they kept everybody else awake as well… Not sanitary the rooms were dirty. My new ron had what looked like urine on the side of the toilet or near the floor… It’s a bit of a rundown place. Looks nice on the outside however the rooms:-( 😖. I’m pretty sure they’re renting it to people, long-term… I report of the animals to the front desk, and they said that they would charge, but nothing was done about it… I will probably never stay there again.

Room smelled like cigarettes. I used to be q smoker. The room smelled like Cheap Cigars. Found a used opened pack of cigarettes on the window seal by the Ac unit. My child found it and was playing with it.

Property is very close to the airport, but certain areas need more care. The shower will leak water to the floor and I had to put towels on the floor to help with the water coming out. Then I had to put something to hold the drain from closing otherwise the water wouldn’t drain. Toilet was very short almost kid size. No cleaning service due to Covid but at least the property wasn’t dirty. The breakfast is very basic but it helps.
