Embassy Suites Ontario Airport

Had a run in with rude staff member for the frist time staying with embassy suits witxh is so hard cause me and family abloustly love staying with embassy , we been to so many differnt locations.pool and spa both werent working cloudy water and heater was broken. We were denyied early check in an waited in the front lobby for almost five hours. And at the end of it hit with the most expensive deposite of 200$ , its never that high idk why this time was so differnt

Swimming pool was ice cold and the hot tub was broken - we chose this hotel over another so we could spent time teaching our child how to swim, and so that part of our vacation plans was ruined. The crib/ pack and play was said to be in the room when we arrived. It wasn’t. When it was delivered, it was just sitting by the door in the room, not setup, with the baby’s sleeping pad wrapped around the exterior. Upon unwrapping the pad, it was clearly stained from vomit or diarrhea from previous guests. It was gross, and no sheets were provided for our infant to lay on over the stained pad. We had our baby in the bed with us instead. Also, our keycards didn’t work on either our room or other amenities at several points during our stay, so we had to visit the front desk for new keys on multiple occasions. We had also requested a blanket and sheets at one point, and instead received a blanket and pillow cases. The only reason they don’t get 1 star is because the omelettes for breakfast are great. I won’t stay at another Hilton though. This was my worst experience in years.

I stayed at this location before, and the staff was wonderful. My most recent stay was a disaster. I was told by a staff member I had to service my own room, after waiting for over 2 hours to get clean towels. I will make sure to tell all my family & friends to stay away from this property.

Our stay was a very poor experience outside of the staff . We went to the property the experience was horrific. We arrived early 2pm for check in and was asked to wait even after calling ahead for approval. After a 2 hour wait . Once we were given keys to the room they did not work . 3 trips to the front desk now 5pm hours wasted they provided my family with not just an unclean room but unsanitary. Fenkel matter in the toilet. Used towls on the floor and across the room. A dirt ring in the tub. Trash in the trash cans.. We were then given keys to another room that didn't work. Once in a clean room now 7pm ready to take a swim the keys wouldn't allow access to the pool or the fitness room. Finally in the pool area the pool was unacceptable with a shoe at the bottom of the pool and a used bandaide.floating. After leaving the pool once again the keys wouldn't work to get back into the room. The whole experience was unacceptable . My stay with my family was very bad. At the time of check-in, they wanted to charge me $15 for parking, something they never mentioned on their website, and I told them to clean me every day and they didn't. They did it, the bathroom didn't work, they kept throwing water out of the toilet all the time and we couldn’t rest, and the worst thing was when my wife went to the gym, and asked for towels at the front desk, they told her that if she works in the hotel, and they couldn't give her any, that's racism . We will never go back to that place again.

Like the fact that it was clean but the toilet got plugged and there was no hand soap but there was a little bar soap and not enough towels and when we asked for towels and call downstairs the girl at the front desk said they couldn't bring them just a little bit disappointing and when we went downstairs for breakfast I was coming to my wife we should go eat upstairs in the room and some lady walking around said oh you can take your food upstairs you have to eat here so we looked at each other and said screw it or just check out early and go eat somewhere else that was a bit disappointing not sure why after that comment my wife got a little bit upset like if we were little kids so we checked out early I went to go eat somewhere else......

I am disappointed that this location is associated with the Embassy name. I booked the 1 bedroom suite with a sofa bed intentionally for my kids to have the option of staying with us on the pull out bed. There was 1 extra pillow but no linen so I called down and was told they had NO EXTRA LINEN! How does a hotel not have enough linen for the number of people the room advertises it accommodates?!

From the very beginning the stay was unpleasant. My husband and I are celebrating our anniversary. We booked our room and part of my family booked their room. We called ahead of time asking for joining rooms. We were told they had to say no over the room but, would be able to do so once we came in to check in. I had explained the reasoning for it. We had our teenage sons with us so we wanted to be able to be close while celebrating not having to walk from room to room. We get there and was told because we had booked with Hotels.com it was impossible to get joining rooms. Then we was hit with the $200 incidentals hold. Not that this was a problem it was the attitude that was presented while letting us know. With now a service fee to park overnight of $15.00. I have stayed at the particular Embassy several times. Never has there been a charge to park overnight. They have not made any improvements to this hotel. In fact they have made changes that are for the worst. There was not one employee in this hotel that offered a smile or help. We were told because they would not accommodate us with joining rooms, they would put us on the same floor right across from each other. Well, this too was not true. They put my room the anniversary couple in the corner at the end of the hall with looking at the roof as my view. The other room was in the middle of the hall and it was a disabled room that we did not request. Staff couldn’t speak English the cooks were rude. Don’t stay here

Everyone at property was great!! The all were friendly and professional!! Van who checked us in was amazing !! He made us feel welcome and answered all my questions. He made it seem like we were family!!! Thank you staff!!

Check in was easy and a breeze. The front desk ladies were very helpful throughout our stay. As for the room, the first room didn’t have working AC. Which with 2 young kids wasn’t going to make life easy for any of us. They did move us to another room immediately which was very nice. However, the new room had a clogged bathtub drain a broken outlet and stains on the ottoman and sofa.
