Residence Inn by Marriott Los Angeles Glendale

This Marriott residence inn property was spectacular. The staff was amazing all the amenities were top notch. The stay was awesome the rooms were clean, the linen clean everything was four star. the breakfast in the morning everything was delicious, everything was nice, very good stay. I recommend you bring your family, safe clean conveniently nestled in the downtown area, plenty of shops, plenty of restaurants perfect place to enjoy your weekend or long stay at residence inn.

Friendly staff, relaxing mood, perfect for families

Spent a week here with our kids. The two bedroom suite was spacious. The staff was helpful. The area is walkable with dining close by and shopping options as well.

After a long day with the family at a theme park, we checked in here around 11pm. Check in was uneventful. When we got to the room, well, look at the pics. There's some type of space A/C unit duct and blue taped to the window. The Thermostat on the wall was inoperative and the one on the space unit was in Celsius only (couldn't figure out how to change it to F). Anyway, my wife called the front desk and they made minimal effort to accommodate us. We were told that we were a late check-in and that's basically what we get. This whole mess could have been avoided with a little communication and compassion from the front desk. We won't be back.

The suite was perfect for our family of 3. It has a large living room/kitchenette combo and two double beds. The beds were comfortable. We could easily log into our netflix accounts to watch tv at night before bed. It auto logged off on the last day.

We really liked this hotel. It was in a nice area. We walked to dinner. We liked having the continental breakfast. The room fit our family well and the whole hotel was very clean. Parking was easy.

The clerk made mistakes which delayed us significantly. The elevators did not work the following morning. Noisy children in hallways.

It was great, property is clean and it looks like newly renovated, we got a 1 bedroom with 2 queens and a sofa bed. I got to sleep in sofa bed and let my family stayed in the room, but man! That was very uncomfortable to sleep in. Complimentary breakfast was awesome and on top of that their coffee tastes great, unlike other hotels or restaurants that taste like nothing. The only cons is, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and all guests had to wake up step outside on a very cold night and turns out it was false alarm, according to some guests, it’s because of some folks smoking weeds in one of the rest rooms. I have never experienced that before and I felt so bad for the kids.

When we were there we had 2 fire alarms. These people smoked weed at the second floor and were told are people from outside. This triggered an alarm at close to 11pm and we jumped out of bed. They said this story and which shows lack of proper security around this property. We were there for 4 nights and we were scared with a small kid. Hotel is new but location is a question.

We enjoyed our 3-night stay. The hotel is close to shopping mall, restaurants and bars, everything is in walkable distance. We booked the one bedroom suite for two kids and three adults. Beds are comfy and the suite was spacious. Breakfast was delicious and plenty.
