Staff was extremely helpful and car valet was quick and friendly. Love having the pull out beds in all the rooms and a couch to lounge instead of the beds. Beds are comfortable, kids loved the pool and it’s in a convenient spot to walk to many different dining options. Breakfast is great too.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Great service , great location, valet was convenient. Would’ve given 5 stars except for there was no vent or fan in bathroom. And ac in room took forever to start. Also breakfast seemed to run out of options quickly. But the cafe was great to order from for lunch or dinner. Also the pool is open late . Great for the kids!

Amazing staff! Super friendly and helpful all that of them not just front desk and always available for anything I needed. Valet was pricey but totally worth it. Didn’t have to worry about my car at all. Breakfast was great a lot of options for my family.

Full room service should be offered everyday specially for families with little kids. Partial room service is not acceptable specially with flu/covid season.

This property was perfect for our visit to family living in the area. Ubers were quick and easy, and all staff, including front desk, valet, housekeeping, facilities, and breakfast staff were outstanding. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We liked that they had breakfast daily. We utilized UBER/LYFT to get around to some of the attractions/sights in LA, The hotel was very convenient to get to for the drivers. We loved visiting the Americana Mall & Glendale Galleria.

Property location was very convenient for our weekend family trip which included a trip to Universal studios. Rooms were clean, updated and more than spacious for our group of 5. Walkable distance to mall and nearby dining options (Porto's few blocks away ;) Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was decent. They don't have on site parking but valet was very convenient and fast service. We would stay here again!

The free breakfast was decent. The shower water was scalding and the handle was broken so, my kids got burned. We had a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout couch bed for 6 of us. The pullout bed was unbearable. You could feel the springs of the mattress and there was a huge dip in the center. We also didn’t get any bedding for it.

In my life I never couldn't fall asleep, but, the AC made me and my kid couldn't sleep, I slept like half hour, called front desk and they said technician is not there. Unfortunately the call woke up my kid, we decided to leave around 5am. Hyatt always my 1st choice, but now I have to change my mind. I want REFUND PLEASE.
