The hotel was excellent the appearance of the hotel was excellent staff was excellent. I just didn't think it was safe to walk around with my two grandchildren anywhere to go eat or just take a nice stroll at night .

The staff is awesome, the location is sketchy. We had children running in the room above us which was extremely loud. Overall it’s clean, and the amenities are great.

Our stay was great. Came with the family to Universal Studios. Staff here were friendly, professional and assured our needs were met. The breakfast was amazing…from cereals, oatmeal, pastries, pancakes, yogurt, fruit, sausage, bacon, eggs, and an option for eggs whites and Turkey bacon!!! Never seen that before!

The hotel overall is nice! I came for a conference and brought my family along for the ride. The pool was clean and warm, the room was just right, and the staff were all friendly. The area outside of the property is sketchy, but what are they supposed to do about that? I wouldn't recommend going out walking around, especially alone or at night. There's a homeless encampment right around the corner and the entire neighborhood feels unsettling. However, we stayed on the property and enjoyed ourselves.

The property was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was standard for HIE and met our needs as a family getting ready to tour a city. Security was friendly and always made us feel our cars were secure in the garage.

The staff is friendly, children enjoyed breakfast that was included, Great location close to restaurants, shopping, easy drive to Universal Studios. Room was clean, comfortable beds, bedding and pillows.

This hotel is located in a terrible and unsafe location for families and definitely was overcharged for $300 a night.
