We were visiting family who live on Sutter Street and so the location of this hotel was the reason for our choice. We were concerned about some previous poor reviews but need not have been. The rooms we had on the 3rd floor appeared to be recently refurbished. They were clean and comfortable. We ate breakfast each morning, the bar area was crowded one morning as there was a convention in. Caleb took great care of us and could not have done more for us! Great location, great rooms, great service!

Excellent hotel in the perfect location a block from old town. Well appointed room, very comfy beds and very clean. This was a great choice for my extended family with separate rooms

Great location for old town Folsom, Eldorado hills and Folsom. Visiting family and friends, made it so easy. Very walkable and historic sites literally next door(power plant).

Lake Natoma Inn is nice but clearly needs a renovation--everything is dated and the doors to the guest rooms SLAM when you don't go out of your way to close them gently. One huge plus was parking--downtown Folsom doesn't have a lot of other options and we had 2 cars--they were quite accommodating. Hallways were noisy during our stay--there was a wedding and it was clear the kids running around knew a lot of the other guests, but that didn't make it OK. Luckily it was not too late when they stopped, around 11pm.

Very close and walking distance from downtown. The staff was friendly and efficient. Good for families as there is a pool and it’s conveniently located. The rooms and decor is are a bit dated but it is a good value for the money. Bring your own phone charger!

The entire personnel get 5 stars! Friendly and courteous from check in to restaurant and bar staff. Room was clean and comfortable, air conditioning was extra comfortable as it was muggy. We enjoyed swimming at the well maintained pool and their again very clean facilities and friendly staff. We love coming back and will continue to return when we visit family nearby

We really liked the Lake Natoma Inn - it was cozy and clean and met our needs; we walked to cocktails in the cute historic town of Folsom, and the kids enjoyed the hot tub and pool. But what we didn't like was the fundraiser event that was in their first floor event space until 11pm the night before we had to be up at 6am for a soccer game. I feel that having the event end at 10 or 10:30 is a no-brainer. 11pm is very very late. We were all on the 2nd floor right upstairs, feeling extremely aggravated at the thumping bass of the music. It was soooo loud. Maybe events could be no-music after 10:30??
