I had a nice trip and a nice stay. The staff was very friendly, the room was comfortable and was kept clean, and the wifi worked well. The hotel is _very_ close to family for me, but depending on where one is going, a car might be necessary (parking is free and easy, happily). The property is basically next to the highway, so there's plenty of traffic noise outside, though the rooms are quite well insulated. The area itself is not the kind of area most folks would be comfortable walking around in at night — not actively unsafe, but not the best.

This hotel was convenient for us when in town to visit family. This is the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. The room smelled fresh and clean and even the hallway smelled wonderful. The bed was comfy and the room setup was great…it had a desk and chair and a built in ledge to put your luggage on. It was a king size room which also had a sofa and small table. I would also recommend this hotel if you are visiting the Disneyland Resort as they have a shuttle that drops you off and picks you up all throughout the day. We will definitely be staying here again!

Really enjoyed staying at this property was here for over a week, meet so many people on the staff and they all were constantly so friendly and nice and would help with any request. The property itself was nice very clean and in great condition. We had not problems with our stay at all felt like a wonderful vacation. My family loved the buffet style breakfast and staff supporting it. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We did our research and this place didn’t have anything concerning so we booked it. We checked out today and I can tell you I have no complains. It was easy parking. Easy to get to the freeway. My kids slept comfy. No bugs and it was clean. Front Desk people were nice! So I recommend this place.

The attention at the counter was very poor, they gave me a room next to the pool with a thunderous shout of children playing. Asking they could change me and with very bad attention they denied me. Later, before leaving, I requested my invoice and they refused to tell me both the total amount and the receipt, arguing that they would send it to me expeditiously, which has not happened and I have to register it in my office for the refund of the amount paid

The rooms were very nice and updated, the quality of the beds and pillows was great. The bathroom looked brand new. The staff was excellent! I would recommend this hotel for families or executives.
