Was a good stay for my family!

Room smelled like wet carpet and mildew. The carpet was a little moist. We already settled down and didn't want to get another room. The smell stayed for the whole 3 nights we were there. We had to open the windows and turn on the AC to try to learn the smell. We also didn't have enough towels for a family of 4. There were only 2 towels and the rest was hands towels. Other than that, our stay was nice. The best part of our stay was the pool! The pool area opened early and closed late. The water temperature was warm and pool was clean.

We love staying here. The pool and spa are so great. It’s close to Knotts Berry Farm. The employees are kind and professional. Great family hotel.

We love staying at this property. Unfortunately the beds can be hit or miss, and the cable TV is a little wonky, but the rooms are nice, clean, and spacious. The pool gets five stars from our kiddo and the staff is always friendly.

I wish there was a playground for small kids.

Walls were thin, could hear other people getting ready and talking in the morning. Screaming children outside of my patio at the pool at 8:30AM First room was next to the elevator and exterior door and was extremely loud and woke me up in the middle of the night. Got moved to another room that was better but still noise issues. Lady at front desk was not polite, rude

I have been coming here for 25 years. I started coming here with my mom, and now I bring my children. Love this place. So convenient for knotts or Disneyland, cannot beat having a shuttle. On top of that there is a restaurant and bar. Come check it out.

Hotel property is nice and large. Rooms are a nice size where my family felt comfortable. It seems like they are making updates to the rooms. The downside to this stay first room the heater didn’t work and it would get freezing at night. I had to request extra blankets room service provided one and said they didn’t have any more. Most hotels have extra blankets or pillows in closets not this one. We were told that someone would come by to fix the heater and no one did until we came back at night and complained again. They ended up moving us to a room with a working heater at midnight but the key reader of the new room didn’t work. We would have to wait for hotel security or staff to allow us back into the new room. Although the location of hotel is ideal and they great you with delicious warm cookies, I was not happy with the inconveniences at this hotel stay. There are so many great hotel options in the area they need to improve customer service and experience.

We had an excellent stay at this Doubletree. It was great value! Friendly staff, wonderful customer service, and clean. Beds were comfy. The cookies were delicious and the free shuttle was very convenient for Disney. The restaurant was decent dive food and our kid ate free with the purchase of our adult meals. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Decided to go to SoCal for a quick mini stay for Labor Day weekend at the Doubletree . I've seen this hotel many times as we have family close by but it was run down before. I am glad it has been updated. Not sure when but our stay was good. Staff at the front desk were all friendly. Our room didn't have a microwave so we rented one for $10 a night I barely used but just wanted for convenience. At first, it didn't work but the maintenance guy fixed it as it was a plug issue. Nice standard rooms Bathrooms had a hairdryer and as well as lotion, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel for your use. Enough towels, too. Very spacious. Clean rugs. Good size queen beds but rough sheets and too soft pillows. The comforter seems way too thin to be a good blanket. Nice there is a vanity mirror and long mirror to use. Good size LG TV. Lots of plugs to use. Wifi worked. AC worked a little to well! Hahaha We didn't get to use the pool. It was way crowded even the hot tub. It was actually foaming meaning it needs more chlorine solution or it's really dirty. Our check out was smooth. Oh and there is a Starbucks by the lobby for your convenience. I would stay here again to use the rooms as prices were decent for a holiday weekend.
