I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and spacious, providing ample space for all of us. It was perfect for families. The service was exceptional, with the staff being both friendly and attentive. The excellent customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great value and I would highly recommend this hotel to other families.

I booked a double queen bed stay and the hotel system was down when we got there so the could not check us in. I drove two hours from Sacramento got to the hotel at 11:30p and the receptionist who helped me took a call from their friend that was not an emergency in front of their manager. The manager said she would help by calling hotels. Com who I booked the reservation through because they could not find my reservation. However she never did. I called hotels.com on my own only to get an incompetent agent and they never found me anouther hotel to re-route to. I was with three small children two 2yr and one 4yr and they were starving. Worst trip ever!!! So not book at this hotel they are very ratchet and dis tasteful.

Our family of five loved the room and safe location. Located upstairs from the emeryville outdoor mall. Great view of the Bay Bridge. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Complimentary breakfast had many great options of fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, cereals. Friendly staff and plentiful parking in the extra lot next door. Great safe location for families.

The hotel is very nice and located in a good area with a parietal view of San Francisco Bay. The room was nice. Here are a few things to consider: The breakfast is good but not amazing - A few Yogurts and a few things for children will make it better. I asked for a service in the morning to change towels and no one came. There is a sofa in the lobby area that is very dirty and not suitable for such hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The trains were not an issue at all. We had other family members staying on a different floor, so we used the stairwell. I swear it was the cleanest stairwell I have ever seen. Lol. Breakfast offered a great variety of choices. Every employee I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Easy and safe walking to shops, restaurants and stires. Definitely would not hesitate to book again.

Felt safe there with my family at no moment did I feel afraid. Nice areas to walk to and things to do with kids family. Our stay for 3 days was amazing.

I was in town to celebrate my 57th birthday. My sisters and l, including my niece, who flew in from Vegas to specifically spend time with me, had a really great time. There was one stafer that made me and my family feel uncomfortable. BUT EVERYTHING else was amazing. Front Desk Agent, Herma (I believe was her name) who shares a birthdate with me! Was awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome! I am definitely going to stay there again. I would recommend others to visit as well. Thank you so very much.
